The 7DW Level 1 cleansing process allowed me time for myself. I am now more attentive to my own body, and I have realized the importance of humility. I do not know all of the answers. I can search for them, and on my way learn some things and begin to ask more questions.
I am more aware of how and WHY my body is feeling the way it does. That is a blessing. While it will take time to change my years of improper behavior, this cleanse put me on the right path to being clean - physically and mentally.
I now have more focus - and determination - in regards to both my personal health and the rest of my goals.
I had 7 days to sit and think. I didn't have to worry about what to eat, what to cook for my family, what to do at work. i heeded Jos-hua's advice and took the time to be attentive to me. That was excellent advice.
I still make small mistakes - eat something inappropriate here, don't deep breathe enough there - but it is the calmness, focus, and attention that I have begun to develop during this cleanse that has helped me on the cleansing road.
