Greetings HPS cleansing friends!
This poll is for Master Fasters only (sorry everyone else), but I think the info you find here will be of the utmost interest.
This poll allows you to vote in mutliple choices... so I hope by doing that the info here is double value for our level 1 to level 4 readers.
Why do I ask that only Master Fasters vote in this poll?
Simply because everyone else I assume is following the instructions from Netwonder when to progress to the next level and the next cleanse. Doing it 'that' way gives you a taste of all the above, but releases you from the responsibility of chosing when to cleanse... but after level 4 you are on your own and there are quite a few different reasons that we decide to cleanse again, both as regards to the frequency of cleansing and the reasons behind it.
