My formal HPS-cleanse started almost 3 weeks ago. I had some computer problems and as Iīm not fluent in English, the time with the dictionary has been quite long. However, all in all I have this odd feeling that the program will take me a lot further. In reflection, what Iīve achieved so far:

1) Iīve lost about 12 pounds, so I walk with more ease now - I have problems with my left leg.

2) There is less water in my body - my fingers are not so swollen now.

3) Iīm not so tired now - I used to have an urge to go to bed at 4.30 in the afternoon. Used to drink coffee at that time.

4) Although Iīm not perfect yet, I have more craving for fresh vegetables - especially parsley, lettuce and onions…

5) My skin looks healthier. Not one pimple, if I stick to the alkalizing foods. I also feel, I should avoid all kinds of creams and keep it simple with what I put in my face. The steams are beneficial too.

6) Iīm coughing up less mucus from my lungs.

7) The support from Jos-hua and the group. The experienced people are sharing very important info about nutrition and the feelings when in the process.

8) Thereīs something appealing to me in "the simplicity" of the program. Itīs like "coming back to nature" in action - not in theory.

Although itīs been a lot of work for me, my feelings tell me to go for more…

Thanks to everyone
Lots of thoughts and love

Hi Ette. I can sympathize with you on trying to communicate in a language other than your native one. You've done a remarkable job of communicating and expressing yourself throughout your fast. Thanks so much for taking all that extra effort (hunting through the dictionary) to join us here.

Nice progress in your post cleanse.

You could have fooled me that English was not your native
language. You haved excellent sentence structure -- not something
you can get out of a dictionary.
