Dear Jos-hua and cleansing friends--
Greetings from Down Under. I am about a week off starting my first week of pre cleanse before Level 3. I started on the health journey about 18 months ago becoming a Vegan. Just after starting my new lifestyle we were searching the web for assistance on cleansing and decided to go with Jos-hua as it seemed the best in support and information. GOOD MOVE!!! Since the diet change both my husband and I are off all meds completely, those from the doctor and over the counter. We both feel 20 years younger and have energy to burn. Level 1 was very scary for me just thinking about it but what a trememdous help Jos-hua was and all the others. I learned so much about myself and my health. Level 2 was about 5 months later and was just the best. I felt trememdous after level 2 but went after the new lifestyle a bit hard and lost too much weight. Had a few healting crisis as well. With Jos-hua help I added more rice, potatoes and pasta and gained all the weight back. Now I am ready for Level 3. Actually have a a bit more weight that I'd like at the present.:) :) :) Re did the quiz and got 15%. I am feeling fantastic but still feel I have a way to go before I have optimum health. Thought it was a 18 month to two year process. Had wanted to do Level 3 in November but could not get the days off. I will start the formal cleanse the end of February and really looking forward to the pre cleanse, assistance to my liver and kidneys and just going further into this program. There is nothing else like it and I am excited to be "a different person" at the end.
God bless for now,
Maz

Maz,

Nice to read about you and what you've accomplished. I just finished my level 1, and went into it soooo hard core and lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks. Almost all my weight is back now - two weeks after my fast, and I was feeling badly about it. Sounds pretty normal to gain it back though.

I like your focus on becoming truely healthy for the long run. Weight loss is a nice side benefit that will come I'm sure. I'm anxious to continue the process with level 2 in March.

I'll be looking forward to reading about your 3rd cleanse. That's pretty exciting. Good luck to you.

Hi Michelle--thanks for the post. Just add a bit to encourage both of us. I realized after Level 1 that this was not a quick fix but a real learning journey. After Level 2 it is blantently obvious that I can "hear" what my body tells me. I can see clearly how food effects me and my body will let me know that it did not like something I have eaten, etc. It's really fabulous. Since Level 2 and now I have had myself so cleaned out and felt so light and great and a few times have eaten too much, etc and not felt as great. Not the weight issue, just did not feel as great. It is a fabulous feeling to be so in tune. I also realize that I will not be in the best state physically until my colon is completely clean, after Level 4. This is just too exciting. A lifestyle of good health. My husband and I stick to the Vegan diet 98% of the time. No meat, no dairy, no white flour, no sugar, no salt, (except sea salt). We eat all raw all week and have cooked food a few times a week. We both feel fabulous. This whole journey has taught me how great it is to feel so good and food is there to nourish our bodies, not to feed them. Keep in tough,
God bless, Maz

What a great testimony!! You really encouraged me. I look forward to hearing more from you, and about the level 3 experience for you.

Can we say "hello cleansing mate!"?

Maz,

Welcome back. Looking forward to your Level 3 experience. I will be doing mine about a month after you. I know everyone's cleanse is different but it helps to learn from others.
