Hello Everyone,

My name is James R., I’m 43 and live in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada. I ‘m a shift worker in the Heavy Industry with all kinds of contaminants and toxic fumes in certain areas of the mill.
Over the past 25 years I have been breathing and adsorbing many contaminates. A year and half ago I contacted colon cancer having 2 feet of my colon removed along with 4.5 x 1.25 inch tumor and appendix. Twelve weeks after the operation I started Chemotherapy Treatments. After 3 out of 6 treatments I decided to stop, due to complications and research I’ve did on the dangers of chemo. Recently having a colonoscopy the Doctor gave me a clean bill of health, and doesn’t require seeing me for three years.
In the short term I would like to increase my energy levels, rid myself of arthritic pain (Knees) and addictions to alcohol and smoking. I would like to become a healthier and better person for the long term.
Although I’m looking forward to the 7DW I am still nervous. With your help I ‘m sure every thing will turn out O.K.

Thank you,
Jim R.

Jim,

How great that you found this site. I'm curious to know how you came across the cleanse info?

I'm so interested to see what the results will be for your first cleanse. I'm sure you will see some great and terrible things happen. Cleansing is hard work, but you sound so committed. You will do great I'm sure.

I finished my level 1 cleanse just a few weeks ago, and I'm excited to move on to level 2 in a few months. Good luck with you. Let us all know when you plan to begin and be sure to do a good pre-cleanse. Looking forward to your posts.

Hello Jim,

Glad that you are joining us. You have had a rough time and its good that you are taking action to make positive changes. Many of us have seen positive increases in energy levels and decrease in arthritic pain. This isn't a quick fix but a process that will become part of your daily routines.

Nervousness is a common feeling when you first join the program. That will be alleviated once you start reading Dan's book, the Netwonder series, listening to the audio clips and asking questions of the group.

Greeting Jim,

I admire your courage to take the steps needed to find your way back to optimum health. By coming into the group here, you will find the love and support that is helpful for your journey.

I know I was a little nervous before I started my 1st cleanse, but by following all of the steps that Jos-hua has put fourth and asking questions from the cleansing community, you should find this an exciting trip.

Look forward to reading your posts.

Love and Light,

Stephen_C

Welcme Jim:
You wouldn't believe how nervous I was when I joined this group. But the plan laid out by Jos-hua was easy to follow. The support from the other cleansers is without a doubt the best there is. It was in no time at all I felt confident enough to forge ahead unwaveringly.

Any questions at all, do not hesitate to ask. We are all here for you, with you every step of the way.

I shall follow your progress eagerly.
