Hi Jos-hua and fellow cleansers,

I'm Robin J.W and use my middle inital all the time from necessity. My husband of 22 years is also named Robin with a different middle inital. I have been his primay care person since before we were married(he is a C-4 Quad). I had let his needs take precidence over mine till about 5 years ago when I hit burn out. At that time I started taking vacations and stoped jumping every time he whistled. I still took very good care of him I just evaluated things as to weather they could wait 5 to 10 min for me to finish what I was doing. It has been a great merrage so far and I hope he is around for a long time to come.

I had several health problums and had been working on them. I am not good at taking meds on a regular baises over a long time so I was looking for alternatives. Through natural methouds I had gotten rid of asthma and most of my inhaltion alergies. I still had constipation and hypoglycemiea and food alergies.

I did my level 1 in January of 2002. As a result of that I no longer have trouble with the hypoglycemiea. My constipation is much better. I lost 16 lbs between the pre-cleans and the formal. I have continued to lose weight with eating according to the food combining. My husband now eats the same as I do most of the time. He is loosing some weight too.

I had planed on doing my level 2 in August. BUT

The begining of august I had a back injury that has caused a lot of changes in our lives. By september I could not walk more than a few steps and I was using a wheel chair. I bowed to pressure and went the medical rought. I was fortunate they did not want to do sugery. I would not have gone for it any way. That worked till I stoped taking the drugs( I hated taking them) then I went down hill fast. Pat W. had given me info on acupuntre here in town. I had been going to the chiropractor. I'm now doing the acupuncture and chinese herbs. My back is 80 to 90 percent healed. We have 2 PCA's working for us now so I don't do my husbands care. This is wonderful as I now feel more like a wife and less like a employee.

I did my level 2 in december and only went 5 days because of my back. I did not see the kind of changes I did after my level 1 but I feel I cleand out a lot of the drugs I had taken this summer. I feel like I am back to where I was at the end of my level 1 and glad to be there. The post cleansing is going better this time. I have added some things that I should have added to my daily roughteen after level 1.

I plan on going on to level 3 but I don't know when. My husband got laid off August 6th and my hours have been cut back with not being able to care for my husband(he gets funds to higher help and had heighered me). I am now in school for Medical Transcription and will finish up this spring. Once one of us has a job I will be able to afford level3. In the mean time I will work on different organs and my back. I am glad I am on this path and know I have a ways to go.

Love to All

Robinj,

Your introduction is quite impressive. You've done quite a bit of healing in one year's time. Very inspiring. Good luck with your level 3 whenever you get the time and money. It would be nice not to have to worry about money wouldn't it? Keep us all posted. I'm looking forward to reading about your progress.

Hi Robin J,

In spite of all the trouble this past year, you sound remarkably well! It is wonderful to hear that in your post. It's also good to hear that your back has improved with the acupunture and herbs. I have an appointment for mine on Monday. I hope I get the same good results.

Robin,

Happy to hear that your recovery is coming along so well. It is also good that you have been able to focus on yourself and getting yourself well. Both you and your husband will benefit from the attention you are giving to your well being.

Will follow your postings with interest.

Many blessings to you both.

Hi Robin,

It is good to hear that you are making progress in your healing from your back injury.

You are just amazing to me. I think that it is fairly easy to do cleanses, but when you have different obstacles in your path and you still have the desire to keep on cleansing, well...a big thumbs up to you!!!

Love,
Tisha

Wow!
My emotions were all over the map as I read your intro. You have made constant challenge a way of life and seem to be able to keep a positive attitude throughout.

It seem that all that fighting has taken its toll on you. I hope that through this next level of cleansing, you find the way to reduce the stress and coflict in your life.

Love and light,

RobinJ:
Hardly know what to say. You have been through so much and yet you keep your positiveness and seem to be focused so intently on your end goal, which is your health.

I have followed your posts, not always able to respond (computer problems etc.) but I have always had you in my prayers. Was glad to read that you finally have someone in to take over the duty of looking after your husband. Concentrate on your health and put yourself of the mindset to not let anything interfere with that.

God bless you dear.
