Hi,
I first bumped into this site at least 5 years ago and read it all, but I didn't do it. Then last month I bumped into it again and realized that I still had the same problems I had five years ago.
I've done colonics in the past and have not had red meat for about five years too. I take endless supplements. I hope this cleanse will work for me. I am sure I can do the fast because I hardly eat anything anyway. I'm very curious in a good way. And most of all I hope one day soon to be able to eat delicious food. Thank you.

Welcome Andrea,
Reminds me of the saying:
If you keep doing what your doing, you will keep getting what you are getting.
I guess you got to experience that first handed.

As you know, this program is about health and cleansing. But if you are looking for some kind of "fix" you will be disappointed. As you know, your problems didn't appear over night or even over the course of a couple months. They are the result of years of poor nutrition, exercise and mental state.
The "cure" is about a dedication to good health. A long term committment to you, your body and your spirit. If you are on this path for the long haul, you will surely see all the results you hope for...and you will be eating food that is delicious and supportive to good health.
Good cleansing! Look forward to your posts.
Love and light,

Welcome Andrea, it is hard to take the first step, but once you start this journey you
will have only wished you did it 5 years ago.
Also Andrea as I’m discovering there is an abundance of delicious, nutritious, no-fating
foods just waiting to be devoured in unlimited quantities ( how can you tell I’m on day 2 of my level 1).
Cheers, Jim

Hi Andrea,
I learned about colon cleansing in my 30's. It seemed interesting but I did not know how to do it or where to go to do one. I just filed what I had learned in my brain and went on with my life.
It wasn't until last year when I was trying to get healthier, that I came across this site. There was no program like this back when I was first learning about colon cleansing.
This is the perfect answer for me. There is support and people to answer questions if I need it, but the thing I like is that I am taking responsibility for my cleanse. I am learning how to do this for myself.
Welcome to the group. I hope this is the answer for you so that you can get your body back in balance.
Love,
Tisha

Welcome Andrea!
Glad you bumped into the site again. With some new choices your world can change. With a balanced approach like this the odds are in your favor over the long term. Let your curiousity call you to the places you need to go and you'll do alright. There is a lot of heart here and that is a wonderful thing to hold onto.
Blessings and welcome aboard,
Jaya_D
