This is a second shortened version (from memory) of my previous testimonial posted in november 2002.
What were the changes?
I have lost all the extra weight and this morning, almost 3 months after my first cleanse, I was still at 82kgs for my 185cm. Not bad considering the Christmass & New Year's eating and other social obligations!
More important is that at night I sleep much better, breath with more ease and without any medication. I used to have a problem sleeping horizontally and had to take a few puffs before going to bed. The bed being in a half vertical position. Almost without effort these things are gone.
Conclusion: Yes, definetely I am glad I did it. Yes, it was easier than I had thought it would be. Yes, I can testify for big improvements. No, this is not the end of my asthmatic condition that took more than 30 years to develop but it is the beginning of the end.
To be recommended and I am ready for the next level of health...

Hi Dirk, welcome back!
I found your original testimonial which was made a week after your cleanse, and so I am tacking it on here.... there is a lot of reference to business and businessmen in your original testimonial and it would be good to have it here to inspire others.
Re business and cleansing
I feel everything you wrote before is so very true!
Peace, love and light, jos-hua

Testimonials : Dirk_E, Age 46, 7DW Level 1, Testimonial-
Farewell to allergy and asthma
How do I feel a week after? Just great!
Celebrated during the week with a Havana and a Bordeaux wine - everything smells and tastes better! No relapse however, because the fresh fruits, the salads and the brown rice are going to stay with me.
This is surely the road to take for me to get rid of the allergic reactions and asthmatic symptoms. I got rid of a lot, a lot of phlegm and mucus. Of course there is no quick fix to this...deepening understanding and adjusting lifestyle that is what works. There is a lot of information in this program.
Luckily this program has four levels - I think I need them all.
For the computer-challenged readers it is absolutely worthwhile putting some effort in this online program. (I lost several messages hitting the wrong button, yes it happens...and I curse)
For the New Age allergic engineers and managers: I usually wear a pinstriped dark suit and never greet people in the morning with 'namaste'. I have no acquaintances with names like Jos-hua the Medicine Man and nobody signs letters to me 'with love and light'. (this is unfortunately so :-))
But...look beyond this. This program is well designed and Jos-hua the Medicine Man knows and is well informed and experienced.
If you are looking for programs to enhance your leadership skills, improve your efficiency, become a better negotiator you might as well start here. On top of this (or on the bottom) you get better health. Vibrant health yes, why settle for less...
Clean up your (tr)act - it certainly is working for me. I can only hope that more decision makers would take this road. There is more to be done than just looking good and feeling fit in this world. This said and told...
I am going to put on an old pair of jeans this Saturday I never dreamt of putting on again. Thanks a lot!

Hello Medicine Man!
Thanks for posting my original testimonial again, I lost it on one of the many computers around me.
Reading this again after almost 3 months I still fully support this original testimonial.
Exactly because I am very busy and have to eat out a lot, attending receptions, business lunches this is a wonderful program.
It is also a continuous learning program in many respects. I have just learned something on the different effects of dry saunas and steam baths. Thanks for the info.
No indeed there are no quick fixes...if I stray back into old bad eating habits (having too much food in the wrong combinations late at night, e.g.) then I get a clear message from my body... breathing problems
So my body clearly lets me know what it wants, it is only that I haven't been listening.
BTW Thailand is indeed a great place to have a cleanse. Good weather and fruits in abundance, etc.
rgds,

Greetings Dirk,
SO good to see you active in the forums again, just wanted to comment that it would be wise to pace yourself... if you get too active, then you will burn out and that isn't good either... stay balanced in all things in life, it makes life simpler that way... looking forward to continuing discussions with you... we shall soon sometime next week resume the post-cleansing case study with Debbie_L once she gets back... i think she is traveling right now... so be on the look at for that... lots of good things there for you.
wishing you all the best friend... again, thanks for making the effort and being here... my above comments were intended to keep you here in the long run- good for all of us, good for you, good for your health.
peace
