Happy New Year to New Friends:

This is Claudette and I wish to pursue vibrant health in 2003!

Fasting and cleansing are entirely new to me, but no doubt I am full of crap too. The process does not really worry me (yet). It all seems a bit strange…but I am choosing to be open-minded and trust Jos-hua, this system, you, and me. Thank you for sharing your feelings and experiences so honestly and openly. It is kind of you to take the time to reassure and encourage one another.

I am a single parent, my daughter is 14, we just moved to Texas from California. We have been able to get settled into our new life and I expect to go to work at the end of the month (with my fresh new clean self).

Overall, I have not had physical health challenges, but I definitely struggle with feeling depressed and tired. In the mornings especially, I am stiff and sore, groggy, and wondering what planet I am on. It is hard to prioritize, focus, or finish projects.

Tomorrow I begin the pre-cleanse and am looking forward to many positive benefits from this entire journey.

Enjoy this New Year Poem:

A new year is beginning to peek through
softly beautiful and different like new falling snow,
each day unique and shaped just for you.
Your life adding something as each day does grow.
My wish for your new year is beauty
and softness with surprises thrown in for delight.
Love for each day bringing happiness to you,
making your life a scene of sparkle and shining sunlight.

Claudette,

Greetings from one single-mom to another! Yes, I too once woke up in the morning in a complete stupor that lingered well into the afternoon, but NOT anymore!!!!

You will be changed, renewed, and refreshed as a result of your decision to pursue this path. The quality of my life has improved beyond my expectations; thus, the quality of life for my son has also improved. You will see it for yourself in a very short time. Just hang in there and remember anything worth having does not come cheap or overnight, for that matter. But if you want better health bad enough, it WILL be yours.

We are all here for you.

Warmly, Melody.
