Hello Jos-hua and online cleansing friends,

It's been two weeks since I completed my first online cleanse, and I am happy to report all is going very well! People have noticed that my weight has dropped some, but more importantly, they've commented that I seem happier these days! I tell them I am, due to taking care of my body and my health for real now!

My taste in food has changed for the better! I find myself eating much more raw fruit, and usually choose a salad for lunch and dinner. A couple of times I had chicken caeser, and one time I had steak in my salad. It was okay, but not as great as I had imagined, and I felt a little sluggish the next day each time.

My weight is fluctuating a little....a few pounds up, then down. I'm not checking the scale everyday like I used to, and I can tell more by how my clothes fit what's going on. I realize that the primary goal is to strive toward excellent health, and the weight will take care of itself.

I've been telling all my friends about cleansing, and hopefully they will make the wise choice to sign up for an online cleansing experience!

Thank you to all for listening and all of your support. I am looking forward to doing deeper levels of cleansing in the future, and it is great to know there are many others with similar ambition.

There is no substitute for feeling great! I've had a couple of minor cleansing reactions, but they have not lasted more than a day, and in most cases, they're over in a few hours. I know that this is part of the healing process, so it doesn't worry me. I do have to admit that I prefer feeling great over not feeling great, but it's good to know that it's all part of the body's process in regaining superior health!

Happy cleansing all! Until next time!

Best!

Hello again fellow cleansers!

It has been one month since I completed my first formal on-line 7 day wonder cleanse level one, and life has simply not been the same since! I'm happy to report that positive changes are still taking place, and I look forward to deeper cleansing levels as time progresses.

People who know me tell me I look younger, or more vibrant, or more energetic, or happier! They kind of stare at me in disbelief when I tell them about cleansing, and how easy it is. In fact, the hardest part is to start! Just like a lot of other things in life, I guess!

My weight has pretty much stayed the same, within a few pounds, and I don't obsess over the reading on the scale anymore. My clothes are looser, and I've had to buy the next smaller size in fact! That's always an inspirational experience!

My energy level has remained high, and I've only had a couple of minor healing crisis symptoms like a runny nose, and a couple of what I used to call fever blisters on my upper lip. I'm not sure what to call them now, but they went away in a week or so.

It's amazing to me how my tastes for food have changed. No longer do I crave the foods I used to love, choosing instead to eat mostly raw fruits, and raw vegetable salads most of the time. I have cooked food maybe four or five times a week, and now I almost always include a raw vegetable salad with extra virgin olive oil, and organic apple cider vinegar dressing, with about a tablespoon of organic maple syrup added. YUM!

Still taking a psyllium shake once a day. Forgot one day, and I felt a little constipated, but it was okay the next day. Otherwise, it's going fairly well in that department. In fact, about a week after finishing my formal cleanse, I had really incredible BM's for two days in a row....the volume was amazing! Even more than when on the juice fast regimen!

I've been sleeping really well, and all my previous symptoms of minor arthritis, bursitis in my shoulder, and fibromyalgia have not returned. Except for the bursitis, the symptoms were not chronic or severe, but would come and go for no apparent reason. My shoulder feels like it is brand new now, and I have no restricted movement, which is truly amazing!

I've found the posts here to be really helpful, both reading and responding as time allows, and I want to give a hearty expression of thanks to all for your sense of adventure, your kind spirit, and your willingness to help others along this exciting path of personal growth and improved health.

And of course, many many thank yous to Jos-hua the Medicine Man for having the forsight and the courage to set up and keep this board running! Looking forward to more cleansing experiences in the future!

Best to all!

Louis,

Nice to see that you are still in the groove. It is nice to have the real taste of foods back isn't it? May your positive changes continue. So I will look forward to your progress reports and to the next phase of your cleansing. Take care of yourself.

Blessings,

Louis:

Really glad to see that you are still following the plan. Isn't it exciting to think of many, many different ways to prepare a meal now? The possibilities are endless and I now have my hubby eating a lot of what I prepare and the thing is --- he LIKES it!!!

Hats off to you my friend, and look forward to your next post.

Louis,

Thanks for sharing your testimony of how cleansing has changed your life for the better. It is inspiring to read that the different symptoms you had like bursitis and fibromyalgia have not bothered you since.

I have a friend who suffers from fibromyalgia. I tried to talk to her about cleansing, but it was just too strange for her. That is too bad because this seems like a relatively easy way to reclaim your health. It just takes a little time and the courage to change.

Love,
Tisha

Thanks Tisha,

I've met the same resistance with some of my friends, ironically, they seem to be the most toxic, with all kinds of ailments! Others, are very receptive, and eager to try cleansing asap.

I admit, it took me a while to get started, not because I doubted the newfound knowledge, but because there were too many other things going on in my life. In retrospect, I'd have been better off rearranging my priorities, but I can't worry about that now! I'm just glad I finally got this going, and I'm continuing to learm more every day!

Thanks again for your encouraging words! Stay well!

Best,

Louis
