Aloha Jo-shua and everyone.

I have been anxious to start my 7 day cleanse since November, 2002, but due to my business and travel to Japan these past 2 months, I have had to wait until now. I have a two month hiatus before I need to travel to Japan once more and therefore can take the time now to concentrate on finally going through my first cleanse.

I am married and have three children; a daughter 18 and two sons ages 10 and 9. My husband and I are in the entertainment field and we both travel alot. He is a musician and I am a hula instructor.

How did I find out about HPS? Well in the middle of last year, I really became health conscious being that I was 47, overweight and a heavy smoker. In July, I had a physical done and the doctor told me that I did not have high blood pressure, I was not diabetic and my cholesterol was fine. The doctor recommeded losing some weight and quitting smoking. Believe me, I tried to quit smoking with no success. But I knew that even though the doctor was telling me I was fine, I needed to take preventive measures with my health.

The first step was to lose the weight and quit smoking. By researching weight loss, I learned a little about trophology and food combining from a program and helped me to lose some of the weight, but I’m still working on it.

However, I was able to quit smoking as of August 3, 2002 and have been smoke free since. It was the help I got from a internet website that helped me quit without nicotine products so I could get the nicotine out of my system fast. It went on and talked about how the body needs to detoxify and be cleansed from all the nicotine over time. That started me on a search to find out about what to do to get my body cleansed faster. Colonics, as I knew the term, was beginning to make the most logical sense.

I saw the HPS site, but before making my decision, I had colonic hydrotherapy done but that was getting to be too expensive. That’s when I decided this made the best sense. I just had to wait to get started because of my busy traveling schedule.

I am looking forward to having this cleanse and look forward to being delightfully surprised by the effects the cleanse as well as educated to living healthy and clean.

Expecting success,
Donna
