Greetings Everyone....

Wow, I’m at level 4 all ready! I can’t believe it’s been 2 years now that I’ve been on the cleansing path. A lot of changes have happened to me since I started and I’m happy to say they have all been good and positive.

I’m still roofing and fortunate to report since I’ve been cleansing my attitude has changed to the better toward my work. Before I started I out on the cleansing path I didn’t think I had much left in me to continue roofing. I was very overweight, arthritic and just plain worn out all the time. I still need to take breaks in between jobs, but I bounce back much quicker now than in the past. I’m looking forward to getting past roofing as a profession and possibly move into some other line of work. Not sure what or when this will happen, but know it’s something I need to do.

This is a wonderful staged program that Jos-hua has laid out for us here. As you progress through each level he has all ready anticipated how many of our bodies will react to each of the cleanses. Of course a lot of the reaction can be mild or heavy, depending how hard we have abused ourselves in our lifetimes.

My level one showed the way: Level 2 released the many toxins and parasites that my body had been playing host to: After level 3 much emotional duress that had been pent up inside of me finally started breaking loose and making its way to the surface.

As I arrive here for my pre cleanse to level 4 I’m feeling relaxed and looking forward to continuing the journey. I feel blessed to have come into such a wonderful supportive community such as this. There’s no way one could continue on this path without staying plugged into the support group and I would like to thank everyone again for participating with me during my journey. Onward.........

The things you mention that have changed for you are things I'm looking to change in myself. Your post has given me even more positive feelings about this "program."

Good luck with each step of your Level 4. Considering your experience, attitude and results from past cleansing levels you will do well.

I remember Louise mentioning that the cleanses changed her career path as well as her health. Perhaps the releases from this level will move you onward as well??

I have been away for soooooo long that dont know what is going on in here and hope that now that I made the connection will stay connected. God knows I missed the support and familiar people who are like minded. So here it goes. I wish you a wonderful cleanse and am curiouse to see what is it that this cleanse will bring for you.

Ah Stephen, nothing fills me with more joy that reading intro's from Level 4'ers.

Fact is, I wish I could give everything it took you two years to practice and assimilate, I wish I could give it to everyone in 48 hours, or even in one cleanse in 7 days... but as you now know that is just impossible.

Many of times I receive emails from pospects asking me, what is this four levels, why 4 levels... and I always laugh to myself when I get them because I think to myself, could level 1 be any more fuller, or more intense than it already is? Can everything that is done over 1 or 2 years in the four levels effectively be done in one cleanse... can someone who has done one cleanse be motivated to stay on the cleansing path and will they have enough skills and knowledge to feel totally in control of their health? and always I answer myself, relax, you've done a good job with how you have laid out the program and how you are managing it, and how you are serving others.

So, today I find another confirmation of the above paragraph,...It is a real joy to read you here... you are peaceful, healthier in body and mind, more content and happier with your life.... and that is exactly what happened to me by the time I did my level 4 and that is exactly what happened to our other HPS cleansing friends who have stayed the course.

Everything we have done so far equates to one thing--> Freedom.

Once one knows really how to take care of ones health, that feeling and knowledge, and those skills are the most powerful things in the world. With them comes freedom... freedom from bad health, freedom from anxiety, freedom from pills, medications, drugs and doctors, and freedom from panic and fear.

It has been a great joy for me to participate in your journey... I remember your level 1 and where you were then, your state of mind and physical health then, and today, to read your intro, well again, thanks, thanks for trusting, thanks for following the program, thanks for practicing and as important, thanks so much for sharing your love and knowledge here with new cleansers and all our cleansing friends.

As you say onwards... may good things behold you as you progress with your life!

That's right, it does, and that can only come about from familiarity with the cleansing processes... your body and mind have a lot of familiarity and once you start it, you trigger internal responses... so yes, I know exactly what you are talking about... I too experience it every time.... and again, that doesn't and can't happen from one or two cleanses. I'm so glad you are there!

Your on Level 4 already? Wow! That's awesome! It's neat to hear how the different levels affect every individual that does a 7DW. Different results happen but it always leads to something positive.

Just thought I'd update everyone on the pregnancy. Everything is doing great! Baby's very active (it likes to move a lot when I'm trying to relax) and I'm eating pretty good...sometimes.
