It's been a few months since my Level 1 formal cleanse, but I'm glad to be back and ready to continue my healing journey.
Even though I was committed from the outset to take advantage of all 4 levels of the HPS system, my outstanding results from Level 1 (see testimony - colitis cured) certainly reinforced my desire and excitement to forge forward.
My post cleanse has been going pretty well, but I have slipped in some areas such as my food choices, as well as my deep breathing excercises. I definitely notice a positive difference when I am regular with my breathing exercises.
My plan is to begin my pre-cleanse on 11/26/04, and my formal a week later on 12/3. I'm really looking forward to getting back firmly on my path toward total health - and know that Level 2 is the next step in that journey. Can't say that I'm completely looking forward to the next 2 weeks, but I know it's always worth the work :)
