Hello friends,
Here I am again but this time on level 4. I feel like i am graduating, lol. I have been with hps for almost a year and a half and since then a lot of changes has happen in my life. I sold my place and moved form chicago to los angeles. I have gone back to school because state of california has different requirements for acupuncturist and my national board certificate is not much of a use for me here. So you see in addition to internal changes I have made a lot of external changes too. I do not fight the outcomes anymore, and just accept them :) . I guess i can not fight the bigger plan that is made for me by the divine. I am very ready to start another cleanse now. With all the changes that i have gone threw, I started practicing some of my bad eating habbits and now i feel that my body is screaming for relief and that for me comes though these cleanses. One other thing these cleanses do for me is that they remind me that i am able to have decipline which i seem to lose the site of it at times. Well the time has come for me now.

Lardin, it will be nice to follow a cleanse of yours. I don’t really “know” you yet.
You HAVE made big changes and a cleanse will be a great way to cap them off. The discipline angle is one I like too.

Nice to see you moving into level 4. I'll be here with you the whole way, as well as everyone else. It's always exciting to see a fellow cleanser getting started again, and I can feel yours coming through the screen.

I know you have been ready for a long time, but with the moving and all just needed the right moment to jump back in. This will be a great cleanse for you and as Louise stated, wonderfully simple... Look forward to your start..

Hello again,
I am going to begin my pre cleanse from today that means that I need to go and start my thread there. I just wanted to thank you for your support.
So Janaka you are a glendale baby eh, :D . It is a very quiet town.
Louis and Stephen, I have been wanting sooooo much to do a cleanse for the past few months. As if my body was shouting for it. It is funny how your body tells you when it is time for another cleanse, at least for me. I am looking so much for it.
Stephene, I am so glad that i am following right behind you, i remember for level 3 you were a great help for me and wanted to thank you again.
Well friends i guess i will be seeing you in the pre cleanse thread.

Lardin, it's good to see that even after 4 levels you're participating and explaining how the process has evolved for you. I really enjoy getting the perspective of more experienced cleansers.

Oh, and I know what you are talking about regarding the feeling of self-discipline after finishing a cleanse. It's such a nice bonus. :)

Welcome home Lardin,

When the time is right, there is no better way to clean up the immediate past and to set some new causes and conditions for the future than doing another cleanse... the phase before this one was of setting the physical conditions and mental conditions,,, now that all that moving is over, and believe me, I know about moving, was homeless for over a decade, once all that is over and you are settled down, this cleanse will not only tidy it up for you, but set you roaring for this new year ahead of you.
