Hello fellow cleansers,

I'm now ready for level 2, I wish I could have started sooner but I'm only 3 months past due. Have learned alot in between and have made some major changes in diet since then. I quit eating meat about a month ago and am feeling much better. Also trying to eat more raw food. Feeling much better overall. I'm really looking forward to this cleanse. Even though it went well the first time I feel this cleanse will go much smoother now that I have some experience.

Hey Chris,
I just traced your Level-1 cleanse and looks like you had great results.

I used to have major snoring issues too, sometime so loud that on occasion i have woken myself up (i'm entirely serious!!) :o

It has reduced considerably after i cut down on smoking and started eating healthier (though my definition of "eating healthy" is changing by the hour as i read through Daniel Reid's book that i just received).

Wish you even more success in Level-2 and beyond.
