Well, it is on to the really advanced cleansing. I have already finished reading over the level 3 course so that I would be well prepared as far as scheduling and purchasing goes. What I didn’t expect so much was how it would prepare me for the major leaps in recovering good, solid health that will come with level 3 if we stick to it.

I stumbled upon hps this past January when I had a severe constipation problem. The problem had been building for some time, then my bowel movements stopped altogether. I was lucky if I would get pencil size movements every so often. The high protein diet coupled with horrible binges of processed snacks made the situation worse. In short, the accident was waiting to happen and laxatives weren’t working. That was my warning sign, and this time I couldn’t ignore it. I have since read what the great bowel care specialist and nutritionist Dr. Jensen had to say about the malady:

“I consider it the greatest present day internal danger to health. Intestinal toxemia and autointoxication are direct results of intestinal constipation. Constipation contributes to the lowering of the body’s resistance, predisposing the body to many acute illnesses and the initiation of many degenerative and chronic processes.”

He goes on to talk about the workload that it places on the other vital organs and systems of the body, leaving cellular metabolism inactive and dull, instead of vibrant and alive.

The hps cleansing program has put me on track to recover good bowel health, and I feel that it is necessary for life’s second half to forge ahead on this cleansing path. The level 3 course material confirms this. It is not as simple as popping a pill, which for some reason, many people still think is an answer, but when we talk about being on the path, it is one that “must be traveled slowly, step by step, entirely under one’s own power, driven only by virtue of one’s own discipline and determination.” That is the beauty of doing this program, viz. That while it utilizes products and supplements, we ultimately depend more upon a trust in ourselves to bring about the healing and vitality that we are seeking and wanting to sustain. The best is yet to come.

My thanks again to Jos-hua for bringing this program to my doorstep, and for the support. Also, thanks to all the advanced cleansers for their encouragement to stick to it. That was always big in my assessment of this great online forum. If you are just starting out my best wishes go out to you. The benefits are there for the reaping.

Regards,

Marty

P.S. For those members that are wondering where my previous posts have gone, it was through an error on my part. It is all a part of the process, my journey, I suppose, and I will explain that further in the precleanse posts. Thanks. Will be doing formal end of January. Hi Martin ...Marty

welcome Back !

(I am checking in after a busy month for the first time and i stopped by here to see who had joined us for a formal....)

Fantastic to hear your intro for Level 3 and i am so glad this all continues to work for you. I had wondered! Months ago I saw your intro then went to respond one day and couldn't find you anywhere....I wondered....I had also enjoyed/found useful, some threads you had been involved in in the archives.

I was a newie back then so you may not have registered who I am.

I look forward to following your current progress! So glad to have you back and around.

love Belinda

Hi Martin,

L3 is a great step - cementing everything we have done before. You'll surely find great benefits again this time. I like everything you quoted about depending on one's willpower and determination to go through with this programme. The act of taking our health care in our own hands is something not everyone has the strength of character to endure. Congratulations for being here.

Your intro is very inspiring. I have been around since 2001 back in 2003 and then now. I admire your stick to it approach.

I work with someone who has a bowel movement once every five days. Talk about toxic inside. Unfortunately she speaks only spanish and doesn't have the wear with all to get involved with the program. It reminds me of the saying help is there for those who want it not for those who need it.

You have to want it, health that is. I feel lucky too to be here again and embarking on my level2 repeat.

Oh where are you living I was born and raised in Spfld Mass?

Love and light,

Robin
