Hi Everybody,

I've made it back at last! Its been a while since I did the level 1 cleanse and so I am glad to have finally made it back.

Had a few changes in my life since being here having gone from being employed to self employed , anyway I am now looking forward to level 2 and building on the foundations from the level 1 cleanse.

Level 1 was a positive experience for me I felt as if my stomach had been taken away at the end! as well as the physical waste coming away from me there was a sense of emotional release as well.

Having maybe over done Christmas with so much food on offer ( and with the re-apearance of my stomach!) I am now looking forward to getting back on track and sharing the experience,

Welcome back Nigel. My tummy has also been coming and going. Now a week into pre-cleanse, it's getting flatter again. It's the post-cleanse and maintenance period that is hard work. Hope you see results tihs time as good as the last time.

I too am moving into the level 2 cleanse. And I too think I might have over done it at Christmas with food. I think that level 2 will be a great step in a healthy direction!

Glad to hear you're pressing on to the Level 2. I will be following your info as I have just finished Level 1 and am heading for the next stop - Level 2. It is motivating to follow the activity of those going on ahead. Your gains become ours as well in a small measure. See you at your precleanse thread.
