I have been away from this forum and my board for a long time and this level 3 cleanse is way overdue. I'm ready for another cleanse, my body and conscience is telling me it's time to get on with it and so I've been able to schedule the time off work.
It's the right time of year, just after the festivities and eating and drinking totally unhealthy stuff. Flying for so long in a presssurised cabin with unsocial working hours thrown in is really taking it's toll on my digestive and excretory systems, and I find constipation a big issue I need to continually work on. I find I have a very comfortable flight with no gas if my bowels are clear. In fact it would be an altogether more pleasurable experience for all on board if everyone had a bowel movement before flying.
Not only do I work in the air but I'm also a student of nutritional medicine, which I began studying about 2 years ago out of interest, and also in an attempt to improve my health and stamina
My other health issue is uterine fibroid tumours which can be quite debilitating and am working on to eliminate.
I'm hoping to see alot of impacted stuff being passed from my colon on this cleanse, with further clearance of coating from my tongue. Just hope I've not set myself back much by indulging too much in stuff I ought to know better about.

Welcome back, Merlene. You're obviously under a lot of "pressure" at work and the unearthly hours probably add to the misery. It's great you could take the time off, your body will thank you for the much-needed vacation. I hear level 3 is a whole new experience. Have fun.

Merlene, good to see you going into level three. How much time to you have off from work? It would have to be such a special time to have a break from work and be able to keep your feet on the ground all day and night for awhile!

Merlene,
Welcome back. It's good to hear from you again. Level 3 is a great adventure.
I don't envy you the air time. I traveled for two years, and it really takes a toll on the body -- and the mind.
I hope you are seeing a TCM for the fibroid tumors. They can give you herbs to dissolve them.
Have a great cleanse!

Merlene,
Welcome back. I so agree with you about gas being a big inflight issue and that everybody should have their bowel cleared when on board. Not a big fan of being trapped in a long flight in recyled air. Good to hear about your pursuing nutritional medicine. It's an area I'm interested in too (aren't we all after we ended up here) and would like to pursue the same when the opportunity presents itself. Enjoy L3. It's quite a journey.

Hi Merlene,
Welcome to level 3. Our levels are sort of coinciding, so best of luck to you as you get into deeper cleansing. Looking forward to your progress.

Merlene!
It's great to have you here moving into level 3! I get such bad jet lag and adverse effects from flying, I could not imagine doing it as my job.
I am also moving into a cleanse after the holidays. I feel what you said about eating stuff that we should know better about. But this is a journey, so it has it's ups and downs.
Hope your cleanse goes great!
Best Wishes,
Michael

Merlene,
Glad to hear you're going to take a break from the friendly skies and "take off" on the Level 3 cleanse instead. I can't imagine what an impact your erratice work schedule has on your system. Aren't you glad we have HPS to use to climb back out of the muck of everyday diet and stresses? I am. I'm in the middle of my Level 1 and am glad that there are more levels to come to deepen and strengthen the health building process. Will watch for your postings as you get into the cleanse.

Hi Merlene--L3!! That is just awesome and welcome back. It will be such a wonderful adventure. There is so much learned in L3 and it really sticks with you.
I understand about the travel - heading to LA for a seminar on Feb. 6 and do not look forward to the air up there - but I will do a cleanse before I leave again. That usually helps.
Take care dear one and will do my best to follow closely. It is a marathon in some ways but give marathon results!! :):)
love and kindessn,
Maz

Hi Merlene,
Great to see you getting ready for level 3. Lots going on with the long pre and post. I'm sure you will find it very informational as well as comforting to be back on the cleansing path.
As with all of us, you sound ready to get back on the board, ie. both of them....
Love and Light,

Hi Merlene! I remember you from back when I was much more of a newbie on this board. I'm glad to see you're going to do level 3 soon.
I'm headed that way myself, hopefully in February.
Best wishes, Merlene.
