Level 3 already, doesn’t time fly.
Just did my toxic quiz and scored 20%, so no probs there.
My cleanses so far have been really different. Level 1 left me with enormous amounts of energy, Level 2 has been more of a “contentment and happiness” cleanse.
After reading what’s involved in the Level 3 cleanse, I really don’t know what to expect.
Maybe it will be a mixture of the two, but one thing’s for sure there is no going back after Level 3 in terms of bad old eating habits and this is something I must do if I’m to regain my health.
I have had some serious sugar cravings lately and have dived into my favourite cheesecake and a few turkish delights; so I’m hoping Level 3 will fix this problem once and for all.
I must admit, even though I’ve done two cleanses already, I am a bit apprehensive in terms of the mega bodily changes that are sure to occur in the months after the formal.
Will I recognise myself in 6 months time; hopefully as a healthier and more focused dude.
I’m starting a new job soon, so I’m trying to get level 3 formal done before. I think I’d find it totally impossible doing it during work.
So, here’s to a happy and healthy 2005.
