Hello,

I'm finally back! I did my first clease two years ago...had some job trouble & have changed jobs twice in the last 2 years. We've been struggling financially & it has been very stressfull.

I may end up changing jobs again here in the next few months, but I don't want to put off this cleanse any longer. After the first clease I lost 10lbs & felt better than I had in a long time. I have also inspired my wife & my sister-in-law to also do a cleanse.

Our diet has changed dramatically & my kids & my wife have never been healthier since my first cleanse. I want to continue on the path toward detox with the 2nd cleanse & become even healthier. I don't like doctors or hospitals or drugs. I have better things to do with my money.

The best thing about this program is it lets you take control of your health. To me, that is a huge comfort. I had malignant melanoma at 29 & was told that if I lived another 5 years I would be considered "cured". I want to live a long (God willing) healthy life. NOT one riddled with disease, pain, hospitals & drugs.

This is a great program & I consider myself very fortunate to have found it. I'm looking forward to getting started :)

Welcome back Jeff!

I know you've been eager to get on with another cleanse. I hope the work situation stabilizes more for you. It is definitely worth the effort to get the family together on the same page with nutrition and lifestyle. I have been reading more and more about the rising costs of getting ill, and the reports always say that the best medicine is preventative medicine. There are many holistic and naturopathic healing arts out there and it is tough to sort out what modalities are best and in what sequence. In this program we get the best of these worlds and this community's experience to stem the learning curve.

Great to see you back and good luck with your preparations.

Hello Jeff,

Great to see you are still on the cleansing path. Only good can come from
doing the level 2. This cleanse should be easier than the first time around.
Enjoy your cleanse!

dear jeff
have always found western medicine to be about speed.. they glance you up and down and then give you pills instead of trying to prevent what is causing the problem, but I guess every one here feels the same as we have all been searching for something else. Good luck with your level two cleanse

Hi Jeff,

I'm very excited for you that you have made it back here. I'm sorry to hear about the stress around your jobs. It is inspiring that you got so much out of your first cleanse that your family benifited so much as well.

Yep it easier the second time round, and there is so much more as you continue on this preventative, responsible self healing journey.

Best wishes,

love Belinda

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for all the kind words of support. So far I had a headache for a couple of days, otherwise, the transition to fruits & vegetables has been fairly easy.

I cheated Superbowl Sunday and had a few chips (I'm a bad boy! :p ) with a black bean dip my wife made & I love. Started last Wednesday on pre-cleanse and plan to start my formal cleanse this coming Sunday.

Enjoying the journey even more this time. The information & supplements in this program are awesome.

just checking in to see how the precleanse is going, it is quiet a long one compared to level 1 as is a week and a half but you are now 2 thirds through so I guess you are getting into the spirit of it
good luck

This is the last day of my pre-cleanse. I must admit it was a lot easier than I thought it would be...I haven't had any beer for about 10 days & I only cheated with tortilla chips once.

I did have a headache for 2-3 days that was a little annoying. I bought some PH sticks & was pleased to see my PH in the healthy range between 6.5 & 7.5. I've decided to start on just juice tonight so I can start to detox a little quicker.

Thanks for reading my posts & for your kind words & support.
