Hi Everyone,

To start I feel very pleased and honored to be interacting with such an incredible group of people.

As I mentioned above, I am 38 years old. I live in the suburbs outside of Chicago. I am a Superintendent for a large construction company in the Chicagoland area. I'm not married and I don't have any children. I do have a wonderful girlfriend who is very supportive of me and what I am about to do.

What I am looking forward to with my first fast is the beginning of an incredible journey. I am looking forward to better health, greater awareness, understanding and spirituality.

So with that, I will close and look forward to sharing with those of you who care to, as I begin my fasting journey.

Good for you! Having a wonderful, supportive companion is half the challenge. I, too, have a Sweetheart of a gal, and it made all the difference in the world during my first cleanse!

Fasting is only part of this journey. It plays its role, but as you already know, fasting is not the only objective. Jos-hua provides the principles and guidance needed to be successful.

You are correct! You are about to embark on an incredible journey! You will experience all your anticipations and more!

I too am new to this forum, and I'm most encouraged by the support and insight of the wonderful people who have made themselves known to me.

It looks like you are on a schedule just about one week ahead of me. I look forward to learning about your experiences with pre-cleanse and formal, just before mine is about to begin. I wonder, have you done anything like this before? The fasting part is all new to me.

I wish you the best, most stress-free pre-cleanse possible. No one likes change, but in this case, it is by far for the better.
