Hi,

My Name is Robin and have been living in Puerto Vallarta Mexico for five years now.

I am 43 and a practicing acupuncturist, massage therapist and flower essence practioner.

I also make beaded jewlery and am studying silver smithing. Along with that I work with antiques selling them and working at a store here.

I have been cleansing in these forums in the past. I did level one and two and am repeating two because It has been two years since my last cleanse.

Well I have been suffering digestive problems forever. My right lower quadrant to be exact :gas , bloating general discomfort and I have gained about 10 pounds probably, all my pants are tight!!! And maybe it is middleage catching up but metabolism is slowing down. I battle parasites living here in Mexico, part of the territory........

I also have been batteling with smoking and have six weeks clean from cigarettes.

On the spiritual side I like metaphysics, Unity Church but am here in Mexico where it doesn't exist but I have been also doing some fourthway work thur a website.

I am exercising at Curves but finding I need something more to move this body to another level so I am resuming my cleansing activities, which I have always gotten immense benefits from in the past.

I loved my experiences in the past with this website, it is life changing and look forward to all the input and being present with other people's cleansing

Welcome back.
Cleansing with HPS is always good idea. It helps me get back on the healthy track and find will power to fight bad habits. I hope the same will happen to you and you will be able to permanently quit smoking.

Good to see you here.

If I remember correctly, you kind of disappeared initially right after the 9/11 tragedy, was that you?

I remember you writing to me how disturbed you were, and how you were on your way to Mexico, or coming from it. And I remember thinking to myself, wow, no family involved, no friends killed, yet overwhelmingly sincerely empathizing... and that was that. I noticed that I was saddened, but not overly distrubed for days on end. I remember your email to me was about 2 weeks after 9/11..

A lot of time and practice has passed sinced then and I am glad to read that you are well and ready to jump back onto the cleansing and renewal wagon. Please do your level 2 now, and then 3 to 4 months later your level 3 and then 4 to 5 months later your level 4... in that order, in that sequence, in that timetable. That will be best for you.

As regards myself, I now can say that I can totally identify with your 9/11 feelings and the suffering of those invovled, which at that time I didn't. I noticed a distinct change in my mind/heart after, during the killings of the Russian children in Beslan, then the unexpected passing away of Boker Rinpoche in India, a great meditation master whom I had never met personally, but just through his existance I was drawn to Nepal and there meet my guru Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche,,, through his teachings and example and love my life has dramatically changed over the last 6 years. Then the tsunami ripped through my life and that has gone on for 100 days until just 2 weeks ago, and now the departure of the Pope. My capacity to connect, reflected in growing compassion and empathy has grown beyond my wildest dreams, and I thank you for bringing your life into mine a long time ago which helped the insight to grow then. Thanks.

Anyway, I just wanted to pop in here and say I look forward to seeing you here more often than we saw in the last two years. Our community has grown a lot over these last years, with lots and lots of wonderful people cleansing here. I'm sure you will find delight in them, and them in you.

Thanks for all the input. I am going to start juicing this week again and start my veggie whole grain precleanse. I am having a guest fro NYC this week and there never is a perfect time to start this cleansing regime.

I must say I have learned alot over the years in these chats. and one is definately to let go of the perfectionism of doing things perfectly.
