Hello again,
I'm posting this a little late since i've already started my pre-cleanse, but i really wanted to take this opportunity to say hello to the new cleansers since my last intro. I've been on and off the forums, so i haven't had a chance to communicate with as many of the level-1ers as i wanted to (Here's (http://hpscleansing.com/group/showthread.php?t=2150) my level-1 intro for more info about me). It's been pretty crazy at work and otherwise, hence the delays, but i'm really looking forward to taking some time off for the cleanse.

I'm about to start my level-2, it's been 3 months since i completed my first cleanse. I've been pretty consistent with the post-cleanse, though i really didn't pay much attention to flora rejuvenation and food combining. And that's what i'm looking forward to doing better this time.

My pre-cleanse has already started, and i've scheduled my formal for Friday, April 22. I've received most of the supplies, and it's exciting to see the additions and new suppements for this level in comparison to level-1 ;)
Raring to go...

Yo, Valmiki,

So glad you are able to move on to L2 about the same time I'm in it! I really enjoyed and learned from your L1 posts and am sure I'll learn more as you process L2.

Went around San Antonio twice since we finished L1 and totally spaced out about trying to connect with you. My trip to south TX is alway so long that I'll need to keep that appt. on my to do list for a trip when I can allow an extra day or two just for travelling.

Yes, I agree that level two looks really solid and exciting. Brick by brick we are building a solid house of health. Looking forward to more posts as we go.

Your northern neighbor,

Ron

Hi Valmiki,

It is great to see you moving on to the next round. Level 2 was a very positive step forward for me and I hope you will find it to be the same. You get to apply some concepts in energy that will benefit you for the long haul. It is great that you can schedule the fast. In a way, employers should welcome such a rejuvenation practice, as it benefits them as well, ie. less time off due to illness, better stamina, energy, alertness, etc. Best wishes.

Valmiki,

What's going on? Great to see you moving into your level 2! How pumped are you?! I know that was huge step forward for me and I'm sure you're feeling pretty good about it!

I relate to you about trying to make healthy food for available. When I'm in a rush I seem to go for the easiest and quickest food, which is def. not the healthiest. Sometimes I wonder if it would just be better not to eat than to have something out of a vending machine.

I am still looking for a new job, I have applied at a couple of places, but nothing yet. I did have to quit my second job, it was just too much for me, I was going down hill quick becaue I was eating horrible and getting little sleep, so I am back to one job, which is a relief for my sanity and health.

This pre cleanse should be great for you! I'll be here with you!

Best Wishes,
Michael
