Greetings All,

Well, I've decided it's time for me to take the step of being a Master Faster...

I started down the cleansing path about 2 ½ years ago. It has been quite a journey so far, with the ups and downs of everyday life thrown in to keep it interesting.

I still seem to have problems with food portions from time to time. Thus the occurrence of weight gain and loss. It's interesting that I have put drinking and smoking in my past, but when I get into certain social situations, I find myself snacking or eating foods that I know are not doing me any favors..

I'm looking forward to getting past this point and enjoying the delights of raw fruit and vegetables. I spent about eleven hours yesterday getting my garden area plowed and have just a little bit more left to complete my deer fence. This is going to allow me to plant the different variety of fruit trees I've been wanting to plant for quite some time now.

Some of the health issues I'm still dealing with are baggy eyes, and I'm still experiencing fluttering or eye spasms in my left eye. I'm aware also that I need to continue the work on cleansing my internal organs after 35 years of mistreatment.

I plan on doing more of a level 2 cleanse. Continuing to concentrate on parasite cleansing. I'm looking forward to moving on with this very exciting health journey that Jos-hua has provided for us and offering my support to all here at that forums.

Thanks to all for your love and support during my past cleanses...

PEACE!!!

Stephen,

A real encouragement and perspective to hear your thoughts and mental framework on how cleansing has become part of your life. It helps me as I continue this cleansing path and am experiencing the process of incorporating cleansing into my lifestyle - a process that is still in it's infancy.

Have appreciated your presence and input in the forums and will be interested in your sharing regarding how you use and experience a level 2 cleanse as a Master Faster.

Am also encouraged by your comments about working more on internal organs - a step that I have yet to really concentrate on. Just encouraged in general by your commitment to the cleansing path and lifestyle. It helps my motivation as well. Thanks.

Ron

Stephen, getting beyond snacking and eating some foods that are not good, would be quite a challenge - I don’t know if I will ever do it! Seems to me it is OK, as long as it is only occasional, quite often, though, social situations can be quite frequent - a product of our modern society!

I’ve wondered about the baggy eyes (me too.) Wondering if they really can go away when you are your age or mine.

Stephen,

great to see you here. yes I know those social situations. There are some where I am just not attracted to the dead kind of food before me - but others where the fresh baked chocolate brownies just call ever so beautifully...

I am interested with the puffy eyes. I do notice people with them. I notice them slightly with my son and is part of picture with TCM. Perhaps more cleansing around specific organ that this area relates to....

all the best, much love and happy gardening - great to hear about your fruit tree visions.

Funny, last night when going to sleep i was thinking about those people who did 4 levels but haven't due to circumstances ever done their first Master Faster (tina, michelle, and a few others) and I was worried... because I know that once you've done your first Master Faster, there will be tens more... and everything falls into place and that is a boon and that means I have done my duty well.

So, I am very very happy to wake up this morning and find your intro Stephen. You are the path... enjoy it.

Will be following this cleanse of yours!

Wishing you all the best.

Peace,

Hey Stephen, great to see you taking your Master Fast now. I only know of eye bagginess being related to colon obstruction, but I think there must be other possible explanations for that. Perhaps an organ paired or closely linked with the colon (which could, I suppose, potentially be any of them). Anyway you're still here and pushing forward, so logically one day soon the issue will resolve itself, whatever happens to be the particular cause.

I think we got here at almost the same time, about 2 years or so back. You've lapped me officially, I guess. It's great to see how far you've been able to take yourself on this journey since we first set off--and as well it's an inspiration for me to take more action on my own track. I will be along for the process.

Stephen,

It is good to see you taking this step. You have always been a master and doing your cleanses mindfully and documenting them articulately for the benefit of everyone else. I hope this is a good one for you.

If you make any progress on getting past some of those deep, long held habits, let us all know. Some things are very deep, I am learning.

Have a great one. I look forward to following it.

Thanks Stephen for the example you're setting - it's great to see that you are benefitting from the program, and continuing on into the Master Faster realm :)
Also great that you recognize that 4 levels does not complete the task - but it's a continuous journey of practice and refining - good for you :)
I look forward to following your progress...
