greetings all, short but sweet here. time to get going and reverse the trend of abuse and accumulations of 48 years of all that life stuff. time now for some equilibrium and evolution both physically and spiritually. hoping that fifty feels better than ever! i live in that really big midwestern city on the lake and have a wonderful family and successful long marriage, but also create quite alot of stress around career, livelyhood and.........well, around everything! my health is quite decent, but i do have some adult onset allergies, psoriaisis (recent) and i.b.s (mild). i've learned to live with them, but i do get crazy over the doctors viewpoints on these diseases. they have none! what i've read about this program really makes sense to me so here we go. funny, just had a physical last week, mentioned my new iniative -- doctor (who i love and is wonderful) says, "as long as it doesn't involve colonics!" asled her why and she said that she didn't belive in them. left it there because she also clearly does not believe there are cures for psoriasis, and i.b.s. -- bless her heart. peace!

Good on you for taking the initiative with your health. I know you will feel better by the time you are 50 - beyond your imaginings. As Stpehen says - follow the program to the letter and the results will astound.

I am amazed in what quarters i find people who have a problem with colonics! The marvel of this program is that we learn to be our own practicioner in the privacy of our own home. with all the info and guidance - it does't get much better on the road to self health responsibility.

Welcome aboard... You certainly have come to the right place to reclaim your natural birth right.... your heath..

The last time I saw a doctor, I ask him to reference my massage therapist so I could chip away at the $5,000 deductible on my insurance. He dressed me down in front of his staff saying he wasn't going to this for a massage. Needless to say I dropped both him and the insurance and haven't looked back and that was 4 years ago...

As Jos-hua says, take your time. There is a lot of information to take in, but after your first colema it will all become 2nd nature. This isn't a speed trip, it's a lifestyle retreat in the comfort of your on home.... Sit back, relax, and enjoy the wonderful reading that is coming your way.

hey folks,

thanks so much for your support, i now plan to formally begin my pre cleanse on wednesday, but after reading some of the daniel reid material, i've changed my eating habits radicaly; in fact i've lost ten pounds! also, this has been during a veru busy time for me and while travelling most of the time. since i've already "evolved" a bit, the pre cleanse wil be a breeze. thanks again for the responses and support! d
