Hello everyone. I知 starting my pre on Tuesday, May 24 and starting my formal on the 31st.

I feel I have made some significant gains in my health, practices and weight, and I知 looking forward to improving more with this cleanse as well as continuing cleansing twice year indefinitely!
I知 no longer on Neurontin for pain and the neuropathy is less painful now than it was before when I was taking the medication. My eczema is much improved and some repetitive stress issues with my forearms have been solved through the help of a masseuse - never went to one before!
The main new practices that I do now are: massage, steams, sprouting, trigger point for lessening pain, and I continue with hatha yoga, meditation and deep diaphragmatic and alternate nostril breathing.
I知 especially looking forward to the more lean, healthy feeling I知 going to have in a few weeks. I致e transgressed with food more than I would like these past few months, but I know I can get back on track. For one thing, it seems a lot easier to eat right in the summer! :)
