Hello everyone

I have just bought into level 1 and have realised that I won't really be able to start my formal cleanse for 2 months. Still I'm very excited and look forward to the wonderful benefits.

I am married mother of 2 toddlers and have a holiday accomodation business in France. it is our busy time but beginning of Aug won't be so physical so I can take aweek off to do the cleanse.

I've always worked hard and have been quite stressed over the years so i'm hping that the cleanse will assist in me starting to wind down a bit. Physically it has taken it's toll culminating in the start of panic attacks 7 years ago. They have subsided but I have to watch my stress levels and note nutrition plays a huge part for me.

My stress levels are going up again with all the work I have taken on and with having 2 small children so this is my way of starting to tackle it.

It's very helpful to see others getting so much bebnefot from it.

Good Luck everyone!

Welcome Kim,

it is brilliant that you have found your self here! This journey will make a huge difference to you! A huge amount of support and love is here as you start your journey...

I started in August last year and was what I would call a 'wreck'. Stressed out for years and my 2 children were 7 and 4. I had breast fed them for a total of about 5 years or so...Although I didn't indentify panic attacks as something I wanted to change or recognised I had some problems there, they have gone! especially with regard to driving and heights ie fast highways, bridges and overpasses...

take care, enjoy the reading, get familiar with what you are heading into, your first cleanse will be here in no time.

love Belinda

Welcome to our community Kim... I'm confident that as someone who works in the hospitality business, you'll find great hospitality and enjoyment here... satisfaction of ones health and where it is going, and where it can go, comes with this program, step by step, level by level. Please proceed and enjoy yourself here... what sense is a cleanse if it isn't fun?

peace

Hi Kim! Wecome to the community.

The fast will indeed help you with a lot of things...and I suggest you start to ask yourself "why do I want this stress?"

Your first response will no doubt be "I don't want this!!!" ... but I want you to start looking at it more closely. The reason is that THINGS aren't stressful. Nothing IS stressful. Stress is a feeling we choose to create.

There are many reason why we choose to create stress... understand that I am suggesting that you are doing this unconsiously -- you are not aware that you are in charge of it!

Often we create stress when we want to feel important. Look at the person that is very stress -- can you see that ofen they are wearing a buildboard that says -- "I am doing so much -- see how important I am!"

We often create stress to pressure others and tell them "don't make any more demands on me!" We actually make ourselves miserable for the purpose of telling others "I have too many plates on the air -- if you try to give me one more, they may all fall!!!"

So look for your reason ...

Love and light,

David

Welcome Kim. Great insight from David.

This is a great place to start with cleaning your health up. There are so many aspects to it too besides just the physical end of health.

You can also learn much from all the wonderful people participating in HPS also. As you are beginning to see from David's post.

And yes it's great to have the support and communication from folks that are on the very same path.

Enjoy this.

Peace,
Laura

Kim,

Welcome to HPS. You will find many resources here to work at whatever health and life focus issues you have in your life. Since you will not be able to start your cleanse for several months, I strongly encourage you to read as much as you can in the L1 books before then. Once you actually get into the cleanse, you will be so busy learning all the mechanics for the first time that you won't have a lot of time for reading even though you take a week off to do it!! Take a quick look at Alan_A's L1 testimonial about his experience with having to wait to actually do the cleanse. He made good use of the time.

Again, welcome and will be watching for your posts.
