Please see my intros for Level 1, Level 2 and Level 2 Repeat for my history.

Three weeks ago I completed the formal week of a repeat of Level 2. I repeated L2 because I hadn’t used the zapper the first time and, frankly, I hadn’t noticed much change in myself since L1. The repeated formal week was somewhat unusual in that it was pretty much like regular life, except I was consuming juice and supps instead of my regular food and doing the colonics. I continued to have bms every day around the colenemas, the collanders had nothing unusual and not very much in them, I wasn’t very hungry, I didn’t feel like I was detoxing much. In other words, as I explained to Jos-hua, I realized that I felt really “stuck” in my cleansing process and really wanted to just plunge right into L3 to see if I could jump start myself. He thought it would be fine to do that.

So here I go. I’ve received the manual and it really seems as though we’re getting down to brass tacks, as my mother used to say.

My goals and quiz are the same as last month. I’m REALLY counting on improvement with my osteoarthritis symptoms and a nasty case of eczema and a strange pain in my foot (arch and heel) that appeared a few weeks ago and has gotten worse. I’m hoping it’s some sort of a healing crisis and will make its way out of me soon. I realize that expectations can lead to disappointment, so I’m trying to just “expect” some movement in my process this time.

My 91-year-old father is gravely ill and I’ve had to spend time away from my husband and our summer cottage on the lake. The summer definitely has been very different than anticipated. I’m sure that the stresses and having things unsettled are having a huge impact on the way I feel, so it will be interesting to see how this goes. It’s difficult for me to cleanse while I’m teaching during the school year, so I decided to just plunge right in and do it now, despite the unsettled state of day-to-day living.

I look forward to forging ahead.

Anna, on your way again, already! Good for you. Good idea about no expectations - it is going to take awhile, I think. I know my conditions are going to take awhile, but I am really pleased with how I feel these days after level 4.

Hi Anna,

I really sympathize with having to work a cleanse into an already packed schedule. We sometimes just have to do it under less-than-ideal circumstances, if we want it to get done at all. I'm very sorry to hear that your father is doing poorly. I hope your L3 and everything you have to take care of around that all work out to your great benefit--no doubt the cleanse will do just that.

I have to say, if you can go through no food and supps, and colonics and still feel as though it's life as normal, you must have made some tremendous mental adjustments. To me, being "stuck" with the process is more a matter of not being able to get it off the ground. I think you're doing wonderful things for your life and health, but perhaps you're still too close to the process itself to see just how much benefit you've gotten.

Anyway have a great L3. You're right, this one is the real deal.

Rick

Anna,

I think Level 3 is a great adventure, so I hope it is good for you. I don't think you are as stuck as you think you are. So, go for it, and enjoy!

I second that... but then again, getting stuck can be as much as an adventure as a bore.

Anyhow, enjoy it, and forge on. Keep zpng.
