Greetings, again, to all who may stop here. Time to move on to Level 4. What an interesting cleanse this seems to be. I am already doing the course reading and it reminds me that being a part of hps never ceases to amaze. One has to consider him/herself fortunate to have found such a place in light of all the illness' that you hear about every day.
One thing I would like to focus on this next month or two: a) Why do I binge in an unhealthy manner? Level 4 seems to provide the insight into this and offers the help to correct it.
I would like to begin the formal the week of August 7. Although very busy, I am looking forward to fitting it in as natural as eating and sleeping.
Regards,

Marty, good to see you moving into 4 now. When you really solve '"a" above, let me know - that is still a challenge for me!

ah Janaka, you know yourself the answer, like all of us you might not want to stand up to it.... EMOTIONAL INSTABILITY. :D

Hi Marty-
Glad to see you made it here.
BTW: I'll be starting my L3 on August 5th. Looks like we'll be doing some cleansing together! Cool. (If you get to start on your target date that is.)
Peace,
Laura

Hi Marty - it is just awesome to see you starting your L4 - this is just great. I have loved catching up with you and am so happy for your progress. Yes, we all suffer from binge eating now and again but taking control comes easier and easier as you travel this journey.
Take care, keep up the good work and yes, cleasning can become so very natural. One thing I have noticed is that I can incorporate a cleanse into my daily schedule VERY easily now and even though that is an great gift I also have realized that sometime we NEED to set aside that week just for ourselve--a week of cleansing, calm and time out. I am working on that!!
Take care, love and kindness,
Maz

Hi Marty,
Congrats - moving into Level 4. wonderful!
yes I aggree with the Master J - only tonight I was contemplating my own situation and the binging I have been doing lately and thinking that the first step out of this is to look at the emotions/thought patterns going on in a focused and supportive way.
all the best,
love Belinda

Thanks for all the well wishes, folks. Janaka, we'll have to delve deeper into that one over at the Master forum. I am certainly finding the reading to be fascinating and surprising.

Dearest Martin,
I couldn't imagine HPS without your presense.
Not only have you and are you traveling the cleansing and renewal path in a most admirable way (and i say that in light of all the obstacles you have met along the way), but your inspiration of healing, contemplation, exploration and discovery has and does inspire us all... i look forward to your lev 4 and I am already pleased that you are finding benefit from it already.
Thanks for being here, thanks for being part of HPS, thanks for sharing, trusting and practicing, and inspiring us to forge on; your light shines on all of us!
Peace,

Hi Martin,
I was sure I'd been keeping up with your fasts, but when I read Jos-hua's post here to you, it struck me that I didn't really know what he was referring to, so...I went back to the beginning and caught up with what's left of the record since L1.
I'm very glad I did that research. I don't know how, but I'm managed to miss some of the most moving and insightful ruminations on what we do here at HPS. I can only second what everyone else has been saying up to now, it's truly extraodinary how you've managed to move forward in the face of so much negativity; given that I couldn't find most of your pre/post cleansing threads, I'm guessing that I haven't even read the half of what's been going on.
So anyway I'm late joining your party, but I'm here now and watching eagerly to see how you find things with level 4. I was wondering particularly how much the constipation issues have changed for you, as it seems like it was the dominant theme of your early fasts, whereas you hardly seemed to mention it in your L3 post-cleanse. (and ain't it grand to be in a group where we can ask each other questions like that and be totally friendly about it?)
In many ways I'd say you've taken the message here to heart much more deeply than I ever have. Getting up in time to make fresh juice every morning, qigong, tibs...even if that discipline has slipped recently (and I don't know that it has or hasn't), it's more than I think I've done when not actively pre- or post-cleansing.
I could go on. I really get a lot of meaning from your writings--seems to fit pretty well with my own mental approach to things, but with a different sort of focus and discipline.
So have a great one.
Rick
