Hello everyone,

I’m back for my level 2 cleanse in a different house and different job. I’m still teaching english but in a different school. Teaching is the on-the-side job, on the side of practicing health the hps way. With the cleanses, the info from netwonders, the books, the post cleansing practices, this program is a course in itself that is worthy of as much time as can be given it….and teaching here in china gives me that time.

I already took my level 2 lifestyle quiz and scored higher(worse) than my level 1…this is due in part to my absolute lack of exercise. In practice though, health practice, practice that provides myself an opportunity to be healthy, I’m much better off than before my level 1. I slipped a few times as my sweettooth, and beligerent eating self got the better of me and depreciated some of the good ground that I broke in level 1.

I am very very excited about this cleanse. My precleanse diet has me feeling like I’m getting prepared for something very healthy already. There is so much possibility when with a little imagination I think of the abstract moments ahead of me that are unimaginable and pregnant.

May we all be fluid, human, open to all that comes.

Alan, slipping times are learning times, so that is good! :)

And you are moving into level two with resolve. That is good to!

Hi Alan,

you're sounding very enthusiastic... really great. I wouldn't worry too much about losing ground after your first cleanse... this is still so early on - you have years of practice ahead of you... try to see the big picture (I think you're doing a good job of that ;))

peace,
Colin

Hi Alan,

So glad to see you moving on to level 2. The exercises here should help a lot with trying to get into a routine. The "dots" start to connect together as far as what good health is all about. I know my level 2 was a very special time and I continue to build from those principles. Will look forward to your journey onward.
