Hello and good day to everyone,

Well, here I am ready to take the next big step as it were... I'm very excited to be going into my level 3 cleanse as it seemed like a very far off event last summer when I was preparing for my first cleanse. But, one step at a time, one foot in front of the other and here I am.

I've made a lot of good progress so far: physically, I've removed some major blockage from my gut (which was the original reason for cleansing in the first place) as well as heaps of other stuff that I am more than glad to be rid of. I've also learned a great deal about how my body works, whats good for it, what's not, the ins and outs of how it functions and more importantly how emotion and energy come into play and effect the body just as much if not more so than the physical. Although I have made great progress, there is still more to go... I think one of the major things I have to work on is establishing a strong foundation of healthy flora as I don't seem to do well when not taking flora supps and this has been an issue for me when coming off of a cleanse. So, for this cleanse I hope to do a real good job of cleaning things out and pay careful attention to properly establishing some new colonies.

My first cleanse was last September and I was able to do my level 2 cleanse 6 months later at the end of this past March. Now, my third cleans will be 5 months after level 2 at the end of this month.

After my level 2 cleanse I experienced probably the most clarity, efficiency, and 'acceleration' that I can remeber experiencing in all my life... things changed... rapidly... meditation became deeper and deeper... and I could feel that subtle sixth sense more clearly than ever before... this of course has diminished significantly now, a couple months later. For my next cleanse I hope to be able to maintain that clarity and purity for an even longer time and build on it with each subsequent one. I'm also working towards a more vegitarian/raw diet. As difficult as this is, it becomes easier as the body becomes cleaner. I think that whats more importatnt than actually eating a raw food diet is how I think about myself when I don't eat as well as I could; I sometimes get very down on myself for not doing good enough with regard to what I eat but I'm working on just accepting where I am at at any given time and just being aware that I am moving in the right direction and things are always improving. Someone once told me not to be so hard on myself and this is something I am trying to be very mindful of... so nowadays, when I give in to those cravings I remember that guilt does nothing positive for me - enjoy the experience; move on; try to do better next time. No regrets.

As to why I decided to continue on with the advanced cleansing... after what you learn in the first 2 levels its pretty much a no brainer... just the next logical step. Sometimes I have my doubts about HPS... then I think about the alternatives: surgery, antibiotics, chemo, drugs... and I think to myself... "well that's definitely not the right direction... this one seems much more logical"... and it really does just make so much more sense.

Anyway, that is it for my L3 intro... I'm prepared, I have commiment, I have resolve... and I look forward to a great cleanse.

Thanks to all who have been here with me.
peace,
Colin

Colin, I’m glad to hear of your continued progress.

For the flora, it would be good to do the rejuv every couple of months or so.

Also, the cultured vegetables can help a lot - and really easy to do.

.. and it really does just make so much more sense.“

It sure does - glad to see you moving into level 3!

you definitely sound ready.....

before lev 1 i got down on myself a lot when i ate something not good for me, then after lev 1 i knew like you that guilt is useless and just stayed aware when i digressed, but i got a little too loose i think, sometimes you will digress and should not be too controlling but one should also not look for ways to digress though everything is going to be ok.

have a great pre cleanse colin

Hi Alan,

Great progress through the levels here. The timing couldn't be better, 5-6 months between and hopefully some decent practice (including mistakes and the lessons from those) in the meantime.

And yes, the guilt and self-inflicted punishment is something I think everyone can relate to, but encouragingly we all get to witness it dropping off to some degree while progressing in health and knowledge. It takes no small change in one's state of affairs to actually be able to realize that something is different. And as long as we stick with these basic approaches to good health, we can look forward to an endless stream of all kinds of wonderful realizations from one year to the next.

My friend...you are doing so well.

I relate to the '....down on your self conversation' L3 is the opportunity to find more self love or is it the space to let go of more non loving habits...

I celebrate your measured steps to great health and self exploration ...and really look forward to journeying this next level with you.

all my love
Belinda

Hi Colin,

Great that you are taking the next step. I know how you have mentioned the above points in the past about wanting to sustain clarity, and benefits, etc. I am/ was in the same boat, but I am sure that by sticking to it, there will be a "click" and you will be able to tell us all about it. Glad to see it and best wishes.

You are doing great Colin... just wonderful. Forge on cleansing friend. Everything you seek is easily within your grasp.

With regards to clarity As my teacher always says: "Simply leave what is exactly as it is". It's all the 'thinking' the distrubs the peace. Hope you get it. ;) :D

Enjoy your level 3. It's a big step forward for you and I'm confident the benefits will be with you for years, for a lifetime!!

Forge on cleansing friend. We all are here with you, for you, and I for one really enjoy all your postings... reminds me a lot of my journey. I'm pretty sure everyone else at our community feels the same.

Hi Colin-
It's really great to see you here.
I also have those tinges of guilt and have a tendency to be too hard on myself and not just with food. I can't even tell you how many people said to me, "Don't be so hard on yourself."

Anyway, I think you're gonna like this one. Have fun.

Peace,
Laura
