Hard to believe that it is time - in fact about a month past time - to move my body into the benefits and disciplines of the Level 3 cleanse. After reading the instructions for this level I have dubbed it "the mother of all cleanses" - at least so far. :D

The wisdom of what Jos-hua has put together here for all of us became very, very clear while reading the guidelines and protocols for this level. The need for L1 & L2 and their logical preparation for L3 were very clear. Fantastic!

Like the third year of college or university here in the USA, the Level 3 cleanse is where we really start taking courses in our major - total system care and cleansing!! Wow, this is going to be really powerful. As the L3 manual says, "once you cross this bridge your life has changed". This is what I was hoping to find with this program, and it has not disappointed me in the least.

I am glad to be starting the pre-cleanse and turning my body system back toward alkaline again. Eating meat especially when dining out was getting to be too easy - and taking supplemental enzymes is really a mental and physical attempt to "compensate" for a lack of discipline and good healthy lifestyle choices.

That being said my score on the toxic quiz was 15%. My areas for improvement remain physical exercise and an increase in food choices and/or recipes to eat better. I love my mixed salads and brown rice, but there is so much more on the planet that could be enjoyed. My wife is a super cook type, but isn't fully committed to all the food combining guidelines and so there is still stuff around that should be eliminated. However, with the length of the pre and post cleanses for Level 3, I will not be seeing some of those "forbidden" foods and combinations for quite some time. It is going to really be interesting to see what this 56 year old bod is like after this cleanse. It's definitely going to get a "cleansing work-out".

For all of you working on your Level 1 and 2 cleanses, I encourage you to be as diligent as you can in following the program. The more thorough you follow through on those cleanses, the better you body will be prepared for Level 3. It is truly an awesome program.

Hey Ron,

Your 56 year ol' bod is going to love level 3... Good to see you back and progressing on to this phase of the program. Lots here to digest and I trust the long precleanse will help you readjust your eating habits.

Good luck with your start and I look forward to your formal...

Ron friend, your level 1 and level 2 were both phenomenal, valuable and important... let there be no doubt level 3 will be too.

Step by step, level by level, month by month, week by week you are progressing along the cleansing and rejuvenation path, getting healthier and healthier, and transforming your habits...

There is no other way but to go through the ups and downs of transforming the habits and IT DOES TAKE TIME...

The way this program is designed and laid out, means the time is working in your favor as you age (which is contrary to what most people think and percieve about aging) as long as you keep practicing, keeping the awareness and mindfulness forefront.

Seems to me you are doing great. I look forward to your level 3. Go for it!!!

As always, wishing you all the best. Here with you, for you.

P.S. Please don't forget to put your pre-cleansing, formal and post-cleansing dates into the calander. Thanks.

Hello Ronald

Great to have you hear. I will be very interested in following your progress in your pre-cleanse and in your formal as I am now in my level 1. The transformation into a new person truly comes from within first. It really seems that cleansing enabes us to acheive this very realistically. I know what you mean by substituting things for others that we know could have been better choices. Changing is a learning process.

TIME! What an aspect of life. TIME has become a front line issue in many aspects of my life, so it was really encouraging to read Jos-hua's statement that There is no other way but to go through the ups and downs of transforming the habits and IT DOES TAKE TIME... and also The way this program is designed and laid out, means the time is working in your favor as you age Re-engaging the discussions here in the forums has quickly made me aware of how caught up I had become mentally just since the end of my Level 2 in the crazy pace of everyday life and its incessant demands for frenzied activity. I have a renewed, yet fragile, appreciation for the focus here at HPS. The measured pace of the journey - not the rush to a questionable goal foisted on us by the cultural "robber barons"! :)

The challenge is to stay mindful of the pace - measured, focused, and aware - and to enjoy the sights and sounds of the journey.

Thanks Stephen and James for the welcome back to the group. The focus is truly energizing.
