Hard to believe that it is time - in fact about a month past time - to move my body into the benefits and disciplines of the Level 3 cleanse. After reading the instructions for this level I have dubbed it "the mother of all cleanses" - at least so far. :D
The wisdom of what Jos-hua has put together here for all of us became very, very clear while reading the guidelines and protocols for this level. The need for L1 & L2 and their logical preparation for L3 were very clear. Fantastic!
Like the third year of college or university here in the USA, the Level 3 cleanse is where we really start taking courses in our major - total system care and cleansing!! Wow, this is going to be really powerful. As the L3 manual says, "once you cross this bridge your life has changed". This is what I was hoping to find with this program, and it has not disappointed me in the least.
I am glad to be starting the pre-cleanse and turning my body system back toward alkaline again. Eating meat especially when dining out was getting to be too easy - and taking supplemental enzymes is really a mental and physical attempt to "compensate" for a lack of discipline and good healthy lifestyle choices.
That being said my score on the toxic quiz was 15%. My areas for improvement remain physical exercise and an increase in food choices and/or recipes to eat better. I love my mixed salads and brown rice, but there is so much more on the planet that could be enjoyed. My wife is a super cook type, but isn't fully committed to all the food combining guidelines and so there is still stuff around that should be eliminated. However, with the length of the pre and post cleanses for Level 3, I will not be seeing some of those "forbidden" foods and combinations for quite some time. It is going to really be interesting to see what this 56 year old bod is like after this cleanse. It's definitely going to get a "cleansing work-out".
For all of you working on your Level 1 and 2 cleanses, I encourage you to be as diligent as you can in following the program. The more thorough you follow through on those cleanses, the better you body will be prepared for Level 3. It is truly an awesome program.
