I cannot believe it, but some things are changing.
One. In the morning when I woke up and walked up the stairs my joints used to make such a cracking noise that I woke up my wife and kids. (I must add that they are all very light sleepers :-), but still there always was this "cracking" kind of sound).
Recently I have noticed that the noise has deminished considerably - very strange, I thought, would there be a relation to the cleansing program...
Two. I rather prefer some light swimming to jogging. Strong aerobic exercise could always provoke shortness of breath and a "wheezing" sound from obstructed lungs (asthmatic condition) in the past. I always needed very good warming up to get into aerobic exercise and then there still was the "congested feeling" in the lungs like an airfilter that needed to be replaced, that is why I didn't like running.
A few weeks ago, I tried running indoors on a treadmill because my (operated) knee needs some light "bouncing". 8 to 10 minutes should have put me out of breath at the heartrate I was reading, but I didn't feel anything...my lungs were still open and free. Would I at last be able to run at full throttle and actually start to enjoy it??
I was so surprised! ...and I don't dare to believe that my-long-time-wheezing-friend-Mr.Asthma has left me on my own in the mornings as well.
Three. I don't push it though...but I also notice that my sensitiveness for sudden temperature shocks (from warm to cold e.g.) is also deminishing and on the way out...
No miracles happened to me, but these changes are there and I am very motivated to start on a Level2 program and see what will happen next.
Perhaps indeed the above symptoms will one day just be part of the past?
(I am still very cautious but I have very strong indications that the changes I have brought into my lifestyle are paying of :-).
Wishing you all similar small "miracles".
