Hello support group,
I have been involved and committed to alternative health for the last three decades. All the same I was ill-prepared for the aftermath of two shock experiences which happened to me four years ago. Separately occurring tragic deaths only few days apart to persons close to me resulted in some dire health problems I have not known of before in my entire life. Since then I have been down and out mentally and at the same time experiencing changing pains and problems moving around in my body, from head to toe literally.
I am glad to say that my own acupuncture needling pluss the administering of herbal medicine and dietary regimen have taken care of the brunt of this attack on my health and well-being. I have managed to stay away from pills, booze, drugs, one-night-stands and the rest of such which are tempting when one's life energies become frustrated and the push of unquiet and unrest sets in. One is squeezed in the middle between pain and the yearning for pleasure. The push is acute and critical.
But my work of healing is not completed. This I know and feel. Although I am better than I was when my state was more critical, I do experience recurring problems. Also I observe and wonder that what comes out of my body is not proportionate to what I put into it. Years of old stuff apparently find its way out of my system. I have already been cleansing in ways that I know of, but this is not sufficient. I feel my gut is too heavy, distended and propped up from last years' goings-on.
And then as fortune has it a good friend of mine sent an email with the HPS-online address and here I am. I think the timing is perfect. My motivation is high. And I look forward to adding this program of self-care to my life.
Hoping to be communicating. :)

Hi Jaigi,
Good fortune is the apt phrase for getting on-board with HPS. Only good things can happen with cleansing as spelled out here and the investment will pay dividends for years. Congratulations on getting started and looking forward to hearing your insights.

Jaigi,
I feel you motivation and happiness in finding this site, this journey. I welcome you too and am happy for you that you are her. Undoubtedly this will make a huge difference in your life, health, vitality and well being.
I especially loved your articulation of the seeking pleasure to get rid of the pain habit/craving...it made me realise my habit has been to numb the pain vs seeking pleasure to avoid it...
'the push of unquiet and unrest sets in. One is squeezed in the middle between pain and the yearning for pleasure. The push is acute and critical.'
all the best,

Belinda,
Thanks to you at level 3 for replying all the way from Australia to me in Norway. You seem an active person; your résumé and numbers of posting through the years tell me here is an involved person. Will try to be inspired by this and follow up to do my similar same.

it is quite incredible to contemplate the distance in life versus the instant connections here in cyberspace...
I look forward to supporting you as best I can .

Josh-Hua Medicine man,
Thanks for replying to my intro one week ago. I am having problems navigating around on the webpage, not knowing what to do delays prgress. Whether this thread will reach, I do not know. Previous efforts did not. Since I have not ordered the materials necessary for my first cleanse (cost problem) and in addition it taking longer to reach me in Norway from the US, I have not set a date for my first cleansing yet. Talk to you soon.
Regards,
Jaigi.

Janaka_P,
Thanks for responding to my intro. I have read some, but not all, of your threads. You seem a diligent cleanser and sharer. Good to hear that there are some people who continue doing this program. I have not set a date for my first cleanse yet. Money problem and shipping distance from the US to Norway being reason. I am struggeling to get it together though. This month also being the Muslim month of cleansing (Ramadan) would have been perfect to start. Talk to you again.
Regards,
Jaigi.

Hi Jaigi,
Welcome!
In reading your introduction it is clear you have a handle on your emotional state and shocks that have been foisted into your life. You did not cave in to the pressures so you are way ahead of the game.
Now that you have been guided here there is no doubt you will round out your knowledge and start the path to your real beginning.
I just finished my first cleanse and its is THE BEST MONEY I have ever spent. I know at least I am headed in the right direction. There is a lot to learn so filtering that into every day life has been a challenge for me ... but little by little I am getting there. I guess we all do if we are determines and listen to what Jos-hua says ... do it one step at a time.
Daily I see the wisdom in that advise ... this is not simply another fly by nite process ... this is long term (as in forever) ... you will love it. :)
Again WELCOME!
Love and light,
Linda_P

Jaigi,
Separately occurring tragic deaths only few days apart to persons close to me resulted in some dire health problems I have not known of before in my entire life. Since then I have been down and out mentally and at the same time experiencing changing pains and problems moving around in my body, from head to toe literally.
Over a year and half ago I lost my youngest son and have been dealing with some of the same dynamics in my daily life which you describe: mental ups and downs, physical issues that come and go, and just generally more challenged with focus and energy issues.
I commend you greatly for your discipline in being able to resist ways of coping with the stress and pull that have come into your life since those events of four years ago. I have managed to stay away from pills, booze, drugs, one-night-stands and the rest of such which are tempting when one's life energies become frustrated and the push of unquiet and unrest sets in. One is squeezed in the middle between pain and the yearning for pleasure. The push is acute and critical.
I don't think I could have found better words than "acute and critical" to describe the life experience of bereavement and loss.
I truely hope you are able to resolve the money and shipping issues you mention so that you can begin to reap the rewards of the HPS journey. You have much knowledge already to share here and there is much, much to receive as well. I speak from my own experience this year: I don't know what kind of physical shape I would be in by now with my grief process if I hadn't made the HPS journey part of my life's journey as well.
Wishing you all the best in your quest for greater health and wellness.

Dear Jaigi,
Now that I and a few other HPS cleansers have personally welcomed you into our community with open hearts, I want to say again what I have said to other cleansers here before in their intro's.
You can 100% totally recoup your health
You can 100% totally bring your health out of retirement.
You can 100% totally prevent old and new diseases, pains and aches from creeping up on you.
You can 100% meet the exact same results that I have from cleansing and that our advanced cleansers have. (You can read their testimonials one by one at your convenience when you like).
You can do all this under one condition... just as I have, just as they have, you HAVE TO STAY ENGAGED HERE in your post-cleansing. BTW, good health is not about levels of cleansing, it's about the degree of engagement.
ENGAGEMENT... get it into your mind right now. I'm screaming it so please listen... engagement.
If you don't stay engaged here you WILL NOT transform your health.
Most people don't really understand the importance of this, simply because, we have no training in behaving this way. Our culture of health care has been going to a doctors office, having a test done on us, taking a pill and that's it... this explains to you why that system doesn't and cannot work in the long run... no ENGAGEMENT. Just a quick fix visit... I hope this helps you understand the problem you personally face... no training, no experience in staying engaged, no past record, no personal guidelines developed on how to stay engaged effectively and quickly, so no engagement.
Everybody seems to stay engaged in their intro-pre-formal periods... that's easy, they are enthusiastic.
But few make it a point to stay ENGAGED in their post-cleansing... they think that they got it all and can move on... or maybe they are just busy and tired of participating here at the forums, so they don't... and I want to tell you that is the most counter productive thing you can do. It's a thousand times more counter productive than going out and feasting on chocolate cake or a Big Mac for example.
The post-cleansing period is when you need most to stay engaged...
THAT'S THE SECRET, staying engaged in your post-cleansing... if you do that, you'll win... if not, you won't... mark my words... all those people here who are doing phenomenal things with their health ALL took heed to this point, and all stay engaged during their post-cleansing.
Those that let it slip, slipped into oblivion, into frustration, into guilt, into running away and then feeling guilty and not coming back... SUCH FOOLISHNESS I say, especially since I am making here the effort to forewarn you and throughout your pre and formal cleansing will invest my time and energy to keep reminding you of this.
So again, I implore you to cognate this point... without it, you will end up wasting in the long-run your time, money and efforts in cleansing. Without it, you'll be right back at square one, it's only a question of time. You have been forewarned... I have made the effort, now it's up to you and the rest of us to make your engagement worthwhile, productive, fun and rewarding.
Wishing you all the best, I am here for you with you, before during and long after. Don't leave me standing with the broom staring at the walls. Don't leave me running after you... I used to do that in the past, but I don't anymore. I leave it to you. It's your responsibility, I've done my duty right here now by making this post. The rest is up to you.

Jos-hua Medicine man,
Truth be told, I have already debated hard with myself whether I should not rather drop out of this program. I feel scared by the obstacles. All the informations entailed in the program have already overwhelmed me. There are so many threads. Being a dyslectic, reading and writing takes a lot of effort on my part. I don't mind English as a foreign language though. I dig it. So this is not a barrier. But with much written material to read I am easily left feeling overburdened. I seldom read on my free time. In addition my achievement anxiety easily reaches a high each time or instance I encounter something new; like in an unfamiliar learning or performance situation. Anything to do with data has long been a blockage. So much for the circumstantial.
Your last thread to me points out the importance of engagement. That is of course an idea well suited for the situation. I will try to combat my spooks and gosts and follow through. It needs constant reminding oneself of doing. Just do it, as it says on the sportswear of Nike. Good to read!
I have also battled during the last week with the Norwegian postal system who are in charge of delivering packages from abroad. Apparently the package from the supplier was lost on the way between customs at the Oslo airport Gardermoen and my home address. The package was gone and could not be traced. Thanks to a true servant at my local post-office who have been on the phone every day for the last week, he ended up screaming on the phone, and lo and behold after an hour the package arrived on the doorsteps of the post-office. So today I am celebrating the arrival of the herbal supplements to this cleanse.
My board is somewhere out there in the universe between California and Norway. Also today I received an envelope from the company with the customer copy dated 10/17/2005, which is 14 days ago. Hoping it also will arrive some day soon, I am beginning to think that maybe I will do this program soon and not get caught up in the hinderances that pop up in front of me.
Regards,
Jaigi_T.

Ronald_H,
Thank you for responding to my thread. It moved me to read what you wrote. Good to hear that you have experienced the program as beneficial to you in your process. It helps my own engagement to hear of this. Truth be told, my engagement is low right now, and has been on low for a long time already. It is difficult for me to picture it differently. I will do the cleanse though.
With warm regards,
Jaigi_T.

Linda-P,
Thanks for boosting my morale, i.e. engagement, by sharing how you found the program worth your money. How you guys find your way into my intro and threads is also moving, especially since I am having a hard time finding my way into anything on these pages. I will try to use the momentum to do same.

Jaigi,
Hang in there and when the time is right for you and everything arrives you can get started on your cleanse. I can understand your drop in enthusiasm due to the circumstances of getting your products in a timely fashion, but this experience will soon be well into the past and the benefits you will be getting from your pre cleanse and formal will I'm sure pump you back up to continue throughout the next levels.
Know that there is a tremendous support group here to help encourage you to continue on the path to lasting health....
My best to you..

Stephen-C,
Good to be heard and responded to. I entered these pages today with less trepidation than the other day. Maybe I am improving; or my mood is. This sounds incredible, I guess, for a guy who has been studying and travelling around a lot. But I am a changed person from my tumultuous happenings of four years ago, I loose heart so easily. I need the cleanse.

how do you pronounce your name?
you are right, there are a lot of threads here. i remember reading something that jos-hua wrote about pacing oneself as you engage in the community. don't get overwhelmed, just do what you can even if its just a lilttle bit of reading. doing a little regularly and you'll find that gradually your participation is increasing....
take it easy, take it at your pace. there are so many understanding individuals here:)

Hi Jaigi_T,
Hello support group,
But my work of healing is not completed. This I know and feel. Although I am better than I was when my state was more critical, I do experience recurring problems. Also I observe and wonder that what comes out of my body is not proportionate to what I put into it. Years of old stuff apparently find its way out of my system. I felt the same way as you did about your state of health. I knew that my lifestyle/eating habits were better than many others. but knew that I needed to do more. Finding the HPS program was truly an exciting find for me, because it offered to improve my health and wellbeing by going to the root of the problem. But it doesn't stop at one cleanse or just the physical well-being - it's a continuous process and helps on the emotional and spiritual levels as well. After reading many of the threads I'm convinced that this will be a revolutionary step for me.
Hope you've received the colema board and that you'll be able to start the HPS pre-cleanse and formal cleanse soon.
I'll be following your progress.
PS. Welcome to HPS and thanks for dropping by my thread. I just love the name Jaigi and it goes well with your last initial - Jaigi_T.

Hello again Jaigi,
Yes it takes a little learning curve to get the hang of this bbs.
I have been here some time and still learn things each time I come.
I have come to realize I can only absorb so much at one time ... so "comfortable pace" have become my key words. As I was going thru level one I realized everything would still be here tomorrow (everything important that is) so learning little my little seems to stick better.
There is so much great material in this program ... for me it linked together a number of disciplines (that were familiar to me) that were not complete by themselves.
It is an exciting time and you will love it! :)
Love and light,
Linda_P

Jaigi,
yes there is truely a lifetime and more of exploration and practice here - both on the site and in your life.
Take it it bite size pieces, baby steps and you will continue to move forward. I understand your frustration, but in the end it all seems to be perfect!
enjoy the reading, maybe 15 mins per day! and you'll be surprised at how much you can get done.

Sending you lots of angelic wishes and butterfly kisses . . . so good to see you back on the boards, Jaigi.
I echo the sentiments shared by the group - go at your own pace and time - whatever is the most self-supportive and grace-filled.
And until you're ready to take the pre-cleanse plunge, I invite you to keep connected and share yourself with us.
