Still roofing after 30 years.

I thought I would be out of this business by the time I was 50, but here I am still at it.. I’ll tell you if I haven’t discovered HPS, I’m sure I’ve would have been out of it! but after the last 2 years of cleansing my attitude toward work and life has changed significantly toward the better. I’ve gotten great satisfaction out of keeping the water out of homes and fixing the leaks......

Roofing as many of you may know is hard and trying work, but living in the Northwest I do get some down time in the winter and this affords me time to do some of my other interests such as dancing, skiing, motorcycling and cleansing.... so I’m in it for at least one more year after re upping my business license and insurance.

I’m looking at doing more of a level 4 cleanse again. This time concentrating more on water. Plain and simply..... I feel even after 5 cleanses I still haven’t gotten that deeply into my ascending colon, and by concentrating with the water only I should be able to accomplish more of a deeper cleanse. I’m a bit apprehensive toward this, but with the experience of 5 cleanses behind me and the support of my fellow cleansers here, I welcome the challenge.

Some of the health issues I would like to address are, lagging energy, which can seem a bit normal for me this time of year, ie. weather changes, shorter days, and work load. Better food combining. Stretching and walking again, along with deep breathing and deeper meditation.

Planning on starting the pre cleanse on the 15th and making it a nice long month or so.. I may have a job to do this time next month and this may push my cleanse a bit further down the calendar, but with the long pre and water only during the fast, this should make for a very interesting cleanse... Hello winter.....

another cleanse to "position" you to flow as lean and clean as water flowing without judgement...a water fast makes sense in that regard;)

i don't know much about water fasting at your level of cleansing and energy issues, but for deepening meditiation a water fast will do it.

ah yea, plus the benefits of cleansing toward balancing out the being and setting the body towards healthy foods and combos...right on Stephen...more power to ya...it's great to hear that you are continuing onto your sixth cleanse, and thanks for being around the forum giving your support.

Your upcoming cleanse sounds like it is going to be a terrific experience for you. I am always amazed at the power and properties of water. From the way you are approaching this cleanse I feel sure that you will meet your expectations and even more.

I agree with you re the change of season here. Just today 4 friends and I were all mentioning the same lack of energy this last week or so... you're not alone there!

With Bird flu mutating soon and combining soon with human influenza, I can't think of any one thing you can be doing more for your prospects of survival than a few cleanses now this year with the proper follow up to really strengthen your immune system and keeps you lungs and bowels clean. We know the direct connection, the pairing of these two organs, the lungs and bowels, so I am so happy to see you moving forward into another cleanse.

I'm starting to feel the name of this website HPS, Helping People Survive, is really going to prove itself in the coming year and two... not by accident I chose this name, heh.

I look forward to participating again in your cleansing and continuing renewal... put special emphasis in your post-cleansing on all immune system enhancing activities... there are lots which you know about already.

As Jos-hua frequently comments, our practicing leads to ever ascending and ever increasing health. Mental transformation definitely comes first in my health transformation journey leading on to the issues you listed.

Congrats for moving onto this cleanse with such clarity...and I do look forward to how it unfolds...I imagine the extended pre will be powerful. Having only done 1 month once in L3, and whilst I initially found it challenging, I came out thinking that I couldn't imagine doing a pre-cleanse for less than 2 weeks...

Great to see you gearing up for a second Master fast. Good timing, good momentum, good idea going for the deeper cleansing with water this time. It's especially good considering all the extra groundwork you've laid doing multiple parasite cleanses; even with the little suckers gone no dout there is a lot of cleaning up after them left to be done.
