Hello friends-

I am 59 years old, a female retired Navy member living in San Diego CA who is looking to not die of cancer. My whole health background consists of an incredible history of all of my near relatives dying of cancer – some early, most post 40’s.

My mother died of pancreatic cancer at 72, my father of prostate cancer at the same age. All of their siblings were dead from cancer before that. An older aunt’s son died of cancer over three decades ago.

No heart disease, no strokes, and not even high blood pressure. I always thought I would die of cancer- it was all I knew. So now I am 59 and wonder what I can do to change this!

I have never had many health concerns. I am 59 and have participated in an over 50-basketball league since I was 50. That includes 4 trips to senior Olympic games- some of which we medalled in. I was an exceptional athlete from the beginning- female athlete for my high school class of over 700.

But I have the typical bad habits of most Americans. My diet stinks- I have smoked off and on for decades, and until the last five years, I have not (shall we say) used alcohol to its greatest benefit.

Within the last year and a half I have had strange physical sensations that concern me. Not being big into western medicine, it was hard to go there for advice. Lots of negative tests and disenchantment later led to my going on line for different advice.

I learned about zapping and the metal in my mouth. I still zap- and found a dentist in Tijuana, Mexico who could replace my 23 pounds of different metal and 5 root canals in my mouth with plastic- all according to the correct protocols. This is almost complete.

Then I decided I needed to work on getting the mercury accumulated in my brain out- along with what was deposited while being a dental assistant in the Navy. While working on that I decided I needed to detoxify all of me. And here I am.

I couldn’t really afford to pay for the dental revision- but it was cheaper than dying. I couldn’t really afford this cleanse, but I was nickel and diming myself to death with pieces of information and products from everywhere that often conflicted. At least this way it is one path, one proven path. I have great anticipation, great motivation- I am on board completely.

Most of my friends think I am strange in a respectful kind of way. They don’t actually make fun of my far-flung health projects- I have a certain kind of credibility with my oldest friends. I am not stupid, nor am I gullible. So I think they are watching with high hopes they can follow in my footsteps. That makes me smile. Maybe I can help more than myself!

I feel good about this. I feel I am in good company.

Greetings Seena,

Welcome to our community! :D

I'm pretty confident you will find all you are looking for in the HPS 7-Day Wonder cleansing program.

Avoiding cancer is a big motivator for a lot of people these days... personally, I see Bird flu as a much bigger immediate threat... it is going to mutate this year or next and merge with human influenza and then millions around the globe are going to die, just like in the early 1900's from Bird flu then.

So, I am glad you are starting your cleansing with us right now... nothing will strengthen your immune system better than this type of cleansing.

We all are here for you, with you.... just follow the program and all will be well, in fact, much better than you ever imagined possible. As yu know, we have a long proven online track record! :D

Wishing you all the best, here with you for yu!!!

Welcome Seena,

Good to hear that you have taken charge of your own health. We are ultimately responsible for our own health and HPS provides the groundwork for doing so.

It sounds like you are taking good care of yourself these days and your 1st cleanse will open up a whole new way of life you may have not known existed. I look forward to following along with you as you get started down the cleansing path....

Hi Seena,

Welcome to HPS. You've come to the right place. Jos-hua has set it up beautifully and it is all doable. Great knowledge, community support, etc.

I too have lost a lot of family members to cancer. Since being here at HPS I don't worry about it anymore. Look forward to seeing your health progress.

All the best,
Rhonda

Hi Seena,

Welcome to the HPS forums! Very well stated introduction. I think that removing the metal in the mouth and root canals is one of the wisest things you could have done. The cleansing and fasting you do here will go a long way toward removing whatever toxins are left over, and you'll be able to enjoy life to the fullest. Best wishes as you begin this journey!

A very hearty welcome to HPS, Seena!!

Your comment: I couldn’t really afford this cleanse, but I was nickel and diming myself to death with pieces of information and products from everywhere that often conflicted. At least this way it is one path, one proven path. I have great anticipation, great motivation- I am on board completely. is so very, very descriptive of what many of us have also experienced as well. It is so helpful, refreshing and down right satisfying to work with one program and know that all the bases are being touched. We can always go on and build on the basic foundation which we learn here, and on top of that, we have ongoing support and input at the master faster level for the rest of our lives. When you put it in that perspective, the actual monetary cost is really very, very minimal to the benefits and resources received.

Will be watching for your posts as you continue your expanded health journey here at HPS.

Welcome Seena,

you've done so much important work already in your mouth - well done! Lots of courage I say - and I understand your motivation!

This is a wonderful or better said wonderfully full journey, everything will get covered and the contact and context is here forever as Ronald suggests...how incredible is that!

In the meant time, baby steps as you start with Level 1 and follow the program as Jos-hua outlines - results are assured.

with love

Welcome Seena,

Love what you said in your introduction, and this resonates especially:Hello friends-
Maybe I can help more than myself!
Seena_T

It takes a bold step to go against what for generations we have been told the "right things" by science based medicined. But we among the early adopters are seeing lots of benefits first hand. There is no denying it. You have taken courageous steps already with zapping and the dental overhaul. Now topping it with this programme is another step in the right direction. You will inspire many of the people around you along the way!

Hi, Seena. Welcome aboard . . . it's quite a ride!

You seem very clear, focused, and dedicated to your commitments. All wonderful qualities to assist you through this cleanse and lifestyle change.

Relating to your trailblazing personality, you've chosen friends wisely, and they are lucky to have your pioneering spirit in their lives.

I'd love to know more about the dental stuff. Do you mean the mercury in the teeth fillings? What about the white plaster like stuff? If there is a web site or book you could refer me to on the topic, I'm very interested.

Many blessings ahead on your wonderful journey!

Congratulations Seena on your decision to move forward with HPS. It's a big step to make the committment to cleanse, but you've obviously weighed it out, and realize that it's easier, and less painful then the alternative... good for you!
You will get others to follow in your footsteps by just setting the example that you are already setting. Cleansing is not a sacrifice. You will discover that the process is sooooo gratifying, educational, and fun :) The rewards are hugh.
Looking forward to watching your progress!

Nice said, Seena! Welcome to HPS! You have the proper mindset already (maybe that's why you got here?)

Hi Seena,

Now that I and a few other HPS cleansers have personally welcomed you into our community with open hearts, I want to say again what I have said to other cleansers here before in their intro's.

You can 100% totally recoup your health

You can 100% totally bring your health out of retirement.

You can 100% totally prevent old and new diseases, pains and aches from creeping up on you.

You can 100% meet the exact same results that I have from cleansing and that our advanced cleansers have. (You can read their testimonials one by one at your convenience when you like).

You can do all this under one condition... just as I have, just as they have, you HAVE TO STAY ENGAGED HERE in your post-cleansing. BTW, good health is not about levels of cleansing, it's about the degree of engagement.

ENGAGEMENT... get it into your mind right now. I'm screaming it so please listen... engagement.

If you don't stay engaged here you WILL NOT transform your health.

Most people don't really understand the importance of this, simply because, we have no training in behaving this way. Our culture of health care has been going to a doctors office, having a test done on us, taking a pill and that's it... this explains to you why that system doesn't and cannot work in the long run... no ENGAGEMENT. Just a quick fix visit... I hope this helps you understand the problem you personally face... no training, no experience in staying engaged, no past record, no personal guidelines developed on how to stay engaged effectively and quickly, so no engagement.

Everybody seems to stay engaged in their intro-pre-formal periods... that's easy, they are enthusiastic.

But few make it a point to stay ENGAGED in their post-cleansing... they think that they got it all and can move on... or maybe they are just busy and tired of participating here at the forums, so they don't... and I want to tell you that is the most counter productive thing you can do. It's a thousand times more counter productive than going out and feasting on chocolate cake or a Big Mac for example.

The post-cleansing period is when you need most to stay engaged...

THAT'S THE SECRET, staying engaged in your post-cleansing... if you do that, you'll win... if not, you won't... mark my words... all those people here who are doing phenomenal things with their health ALL took heed to this point, and all stay engaged during their post-cleansing.

Those that let it slip, slipped into oblivion, into frustration, into guilt, into running away and then feeling guilty and not coming back... SUCH FOOLISHNESS I say, especially since I am making here the effort to forewarn you and throughout your pre and formal cleansing will invest my time and energy to keep reminding you of this.

So again, I implore you to cognate this point... without it, you will end up wasting in the long-run your time, money and efforts in cleansing. Without it, you'll be right back at square one, it's only a question of time. You have been forewarned... I have made the effort, now it's up to you and the rest of us to make your engagement worthwhile, productive, fun and rewarding.

Wishing you all the best, I am here for you with you, before during and long after. Don't leave me standing with the broom staring at the walls. Don't leave me running after you... I used to do that in the past, but I don't anymore. I leave it to you. It's your responsibility, I've done my duty right here now by making this post. I want and desire a big success for you. The rest is up to you now.

Peace,

Richard_D

Hi Seena,

I'm a bit late joing in here's another welcome for you. It's great that you've already done so much preliminary work removing metal fillings and the like. It definitely puts you a little ahead in the game clearing that out before cleansing.

It's also great that you have a base of friends who respect you enough to at least wait and see what kind of results you get. I think there are many here who wish they could say the same. I'm going home in a couple of months for the first time in several years, and I've been wondering if I should even discuss fasting with them--some people really get rather attached to the notions of health and medicine that we get from our education and culture.

And yes, it is wonderful to be able to share the 'secret' of better health with open-minded people. Stick with the program and you'll soon have the evidence to win your friends over.

Thank you one and all for your warm welcomes, your caring, and your time. I am way over due with these thanks (I know) and there are no good excuses so I won't make any - (was that refreshing or what!)

I was expecting the forum to help me if I needed instruction- I WAS expecting that- and this pleased the anal part of me that learns by reading the instruction manual twice when lots of people are comfortable just bumping around in the dark until they get the hang of it. But what I wasn't quite expecting was real COMPANY on my journey.

I love my friends, but my health paranoia isn't high on their agenda. Nobody understood what I was babbling about – so they were hardly willing to listen to the details. I remember watching two of my closest friends try and stay engaged while I explained plans that seemed to them pretty sci-fi.

So I let them off the hook and stopped sharing -and felt very much alone. And here I now have all these “strangers” saying that they not only understand what I am talking about – they are patting me on the back for actually spending the time and money on what I am sure embarrassed my friends.

I was a dental tech in the Navy- a lot of my friends are retired dental techs… how do I make them understand why I had ALL the beautiful work in my mouth that was done in the Navy taken out- including losing 5 teeth that were root canalled… to the tune of over 16 grand (a big hunk of my retirement savings)? This is the kind of alone I mean.

This act of insanity was an encore to my practice of zapping… so you can imagine how alone I have become. My friends still “kinda” trust I know what I’m doing; they just really don’t want to hear about it- not in the excited way I can go on and on.

So now I have new friends – cleansing friends – this almost excites me more than becoming healthy- people who will know what I am excited about- who will be knowledgeable – peers and mentors to share with - HOORAY!!!

Jos-hua – I am not going anywhere- you have to trust me. I have found a home. I am by nature very nurturing, and as I become more comfortable in the format of the forum I will build my “engagement”. My enthusiasm is not going to dwindle- it will grow. To be in such supportive and intelligent company is remarkable and inspiring. I will not only be more engaged through the post-cleansing period- but many post-cleansing periods to come!

Thanks to you all for crowding my heart with such good company…
