Today is a Winter Wonderland in the Laurel mountains of Pennsylvania. At age 55, my journey seems long to my destination of work as a jewelry
manager at a fine resort and spa.

After moving from the Virgin Islands of 15 years,and back to the ever changing conditions over the past 5 years, my life seems to have taken on
a much slower pace, added stress, and constant battle with sinus problems
and dizziness. It seems I have no desire to visit the gym which I did
faithfully, and my eating habits! Well its so much easier to eat the meals they serve you on a daily basis,then to prepare a health one. I thought I was doomed! And there it wasHPS cleanse starring me in the face. I am so excited and frighten at the same time. So I have started reading Daniel Reid's Longevity of Health,etcand it has helped me immensely.

Looking forward to my found journey and the destination it will bring!

Welcome to HPS!! You will find all the tools you need to work at rebuilding and transforming your health in this program. I suggest you think of it as going back to school and getting a degree in health transformation. It's not about taking a few "special" supplements or even about doing a couple of cleanses. The physical, emotional, mental and spiritual apsects of our functioning are all intertwined and all of them impact our physical health.

Hi Mary,

More excitement and less fear is very much in order. Well, that's easy to say, isn't it, easy for me since I've already been through it...but believe me, you'll see for yourself soon enough. This is where true health begins, and reading The T of HS&L is a great prologue--you'll be revisiting it for years to come.

Fear mostly comes from the unknown- as soon as you are informed, you can at least base your level of fear in reality. You become informed here- you are given the tools to understand what you are doing, you are given specific instruction, you are surrounded by people who felt just like you do and turned their fear into knowledge and health.

It's like everyone holding hands, looking both ways, and crossing the big scary street together. Thousands have come before you – you can read what they experienced. It is said there is nothing new under the sun- and with all the experience on-line here- there can’t be anything that hasn’t already been addressed. You are in good hands!

So focus on the excitement until the knowledge and love drown out the fear! I am only a few weeks ahead of you - and I have learned and changed so much already. It is quite an exciting experience.
