Hello my Fellow Cleansers,

Sorry to take so long to get this introduction posted by I had some computer problems here but all is right now!

I did my 7DW Level 1 Cleanse the end of October, 2002. I want to share with you all that it was a wonderful, growing experience
which gave me fantastic results. I would like to list just a few of the benefits that I have had so far.

1. I lost 12 lbs of which only 3 have been gained back. That in
itself is a major miracle.

2. I find that I am not retaining fluid.

3. I got off Effexor and my HRT the day of the actual cleanse and
have found that I have not needed to return to it. That in
itself is a major miracle and has saved me 100's of dollars and
also been a major relief for my body's systems!!

4. I look and feel lots younger!!

5. I have more hope for living a medication-free, healthy, long
live into my 100's, God be willing!!

6. I have at least 2 or more bowel movements a day without
and assistance!!!!

7. The cleanse has given me the strength and courage to make
other changes in my life to eliminate exposure to environmental and other types of toxins in my life.

9. Most of all I am excited about the continual growth with Cleanse #2 and #3 and #4 to come!!!

This all is some definite journey I am on. I am so glad you are all on it with me!!!

I am self-employed working out of my home. It does have some benefits but also some drawbacks!! chuckles.. I have two grown children, four grandbabies and four grandchildren. I like to say that the best gift of having children is the grandbabies... smiling..

I will start my cleanse the evening of February 15th. That evening I am going to have my last meal and then attend a Kenny G concert. What a way to celebrate the beginning of my Cleanse #2..

Glad to be back.

Peace and Love,

Patricia,

You have really made some great health advances since level 1. It is wonderful that you have been able to say good bye to the medications that were taking a toll on your body and your pocketbook. Now I guess you'll have more money to spoil those grandchildren. :)

Good luck on your level 2 and continued good progress.
