I would like to comment more, but you haven't provided many details in your level 3 testimonial :D :D, although I'm sure you have experiences many positive changes.

So, until then I'll stick to say that losing 50 lbs is something I would love to happen to some people I care for! Well, if I can hope, I'd like them to join HPS...

And I'm so glad that you have found it.

There are a lot of fad diets that promote fast weight loss, and people buy into them when they read some guys testimonial that he lost 20 or she lost 40 pounds... BUT WHAT THEY DON'T see or hear about is what is happening to those people a year from then, or two years from them.

The number of posts refers of course to the number of posts you have made here at our community as you walked your cleansing and rejuvenation journey during the the three levels of cleansing that you have done here since Jan 2005.

So when you write that you have lost 50 pounds, the reader can understand that this has been a gradual process (as you noted) and that's perfect, because that means sustainability... NOT QUICK FIXES that come back to haunt you down the road (think Atkins diet for example).
