Sorry this is a little late but I wanted to get it up before I received some private e-mails telling me….POST NOW lol.
But I wanted to let the world know what I have done through my level 1 cleanse. I will honestly admit, I signed up almost 18 months ago when I was 24. I am glad that I did and I am glad that I waited as well. If you are someone who is dealing with emotional issues, mental issues and the like, I suggest you do as I did – WAIT until the storm passes. I don’t think I could have done this cleanse before I took care of those issues first. There would have been no way. So I am glad that I waited more than a year and took the time to evaluate myself mentally, physically and spiritually. Therefore, when I decided to cleanse, I was ready, willing and accepting of the program, the support that is offered here as well as my willingness to change. In addition, I have this mental and physical harmony of peace and serenity that is so priceless. This is somehting that I will ALWAYS cherish because I lhave lived my short life for too long without.
I wanted to do this program originally because I had irregular periods, eczema that would turn my skin purple, some bad allergies and to rid myself of my bad pasta and sugar cravings. My cleanse so happened to fall during a menses so I was able to evaluate it. There was no clotting, it was brighter, clearer, had no odor (ok for all the men out there….this is what it is suppose to be like). Granted I had occasional cramping, but nothing close to what I use to have. NOT EVEN CLOSE.
So things that I have noticed since my cleanse that are great:
1) Total decrease in sugar and raw starch intake. Have craved some but HAVE NOT indulged
2) Controlled appetite.
3) Crave more fruits and veggies than before.
4) Sleep sounder and longer
5) Have more energy throughout the day
6) PMS severity has gone down tremendously (but I can provide an update later to that when the next cycle starts).
7) I am more aware of what I eat and in what combinations.
8) Eczema is not as sever. No skin turning purple
This program has done wonders for my clarity and understanding of taking control of ones health. Everyone I know has said that I look well rested, leaner (not that I had much to loose if any but I did) and overall, happier in general. I am telling you this program takes a load off of you – literally. I am truly grateful that I purchased first and THEN waited so that I could address my personal issues that I was dealing with at the time. But I know this may not work for everyone. But for someone who has unaddressed emotional and mental issues, please wait first.
The support here at HPS is superb. You could not ask for better support from people cleansing on your level all the way to the advanced levels. There is a true commitment to expressing compassion and companionship throughout the boards. So you will never be alone in your journey. If anything you will miss your cleansing friends.
I look forward to being able to continue my path to rejuvenation. I feel so fortunate that I found HPS and took the time to cleanse myself of external issues before I dealt with my inner physical issues.
This was a lovely journey and I know it will only get better as I progress throughout the program. Thank you to everyone (you know who you are) for being so supportive. The clarity, affirmations and reaffirmations have helped me a long more than you know. Thank you for helping me achieve all that I have.
