Well,
A week or so ago I was asked to comment on my emotional state from completing level three and it really made me think about, what was exactly my state of mind since embarking on level three.
I must say that it took a while for all the principles and practices here at HPS to stick FOR ME. It wasn't like one more colonic or one for supplement, or one brand over another made this huge difference. It was the decision to commit to cleansing, the commitment to fearlessly search my heart and soul and want to make changes in all areas of my life. And where does one start, well with me it was the carriage horse that houses me my body...........
Here at HPS there are expectations, we are expected to get involved with others and their journeys, we are expected to follow the directions as best we can, we are expected to check in regularly on what we are personally experiencing and we are expected to show love and kindness to ourselves .Hopefully through all of this we can stay open just long enough for real change to occur.
For me it has been just now that the principles here at HPS are sinking in and boy there are many. I quite honestly can't quite wrap my brain around all of them, but I have understood enough to make real change in me. But all that comes in time too our understanding deepens and resistance fades.......
My recent changes have co-inside with changes I am making in other areas, personal relationships, home, and family. All things are possible if we just take on things one day at a time.
And that is just what HPS has done for me. It has given me the framework to in which to work. But it through sticking with the program, moving into more advanced levels that true changes occurs. Caution to compare yourself with others and there accomplishments. We are all from all over the world different ages, different health conditions. But change is an expectation you can realistically have here at HPS if you make the commitment.
But today I feel free, free to reach for higher ideals in the things I put in my mouth, the people I spend time with, the gifts I give myself such as loving animals or clean air or enjoying a sunset or a walk on the beach. I feel open to change and I have faith if I keep showing up here at HPS things will only keep getting better.
Love and light,
Robin

It's a very nice testimonial Robin, in fact, thank you for this beautiful testimonial!
I personally prefered the way you said it in your post-cleansing level 3 thread which I copied here below, but that's just me and my sensitivities and my desire to get the message out to people, to prospects, who aren't yet cleansing with HPS-ONLINE.
There it feels like it came out more spontaneously...

I feel in a great state. It is the whole package of things. When I make a conscious choice to take care of myself I felt like I have to do it in all areas, this time meaning my personal relationships.
So it isn't like one supp or one more or less colonic that does it, it is the whole package. There are still so many things to work on post cleanse, like exercise and resistance for me. Food choices seem less hard that is true after three and I haven't had that post hunger syndrome this time.
I feel great , Level three is milestone, I am still working my way in it of course since there are many post cleanse activity.
But I feel clearer more in sync with the HPS core of principles. But it is still definately one day at a time. I still feel like a beginner with a lot to learn and I feel that is a safer place to be : still taking guidance and always open to comment and new ideas and approaches. Knowing full well that it is easy to fall into old patterens...................
But overall I really feel great about being where I am today and so much gratitude for being part of the HPS community.

You might be having a lot going on in your life today as you wrote that testimonial, so it is full of they expect, they expect, they expect... but here at HPS-ONLINE cleansing I can assure that expecting is just a thought, and thoughts create a lot of suffering sometimes... so I avoid thinking too much and personally prefer "feeling" and would just say, here are HPS you are encouraged to practice principles which will help you not only with your physical health, but in many different areas of your life... by practicing those principles you become more altruistic, more open, more caring and more loving.... they are the fruit of the practices and the way this program is designed, they are not an expectation but just a fruit.
I hope this clarifies it all for you and the persons reading this testimonial right now.
You might feel a lot of expectations in many different areas of your life these last few months (your mom being sick and you needing to take care of her, traveling back and forth between the states and mexico, and even from the stray dog that you picked up recently:cool: ), and since this has been going on for a few months now, well, some kind of thought pattern has set in...that is maybe why so much emphasis above on "expectations" has manifested here in your thinking, but I can assure you, I don't expect anything, I just do my best to share, guide and help whoever is here in the way I see most appropriate... no two bodies are the same, no two cleanses are the same, no two cleansers are the same and no two cleansers progress at the same pace, so therefore whatever I have to say I try to say it skillfully and at the right time.
So, I'll try and be skillful right now in two words-- no expectations... just as your 7DW level 1 setup manual said... no expectation, just practice. :D ;)
If someone wants to practice or not, that is their decision, their choice... if they decide not to, then I see no need for them to be here at HPS cleansing, because all they end up doing is draining energy and love from everyone else here who actually trying to practice... as you know first hand there are no talkers here, no theorists, but rather everyone here is practicing cleansing and renewal... and in my books you are doing a great job too Robin... ;)
I look forward to how it all unfolds over the coming months, and years. As you mentioned above, staying open to change is a good habit to develop... it will help you as you progress towards higher and higher states of being, letting more and more beautiful things enter into your life.
You've put a lot of effort into your level 3 formal, now i want to see a lot of effort and mindfulness in your level 3 post-cleansing Robin. (I just put a post up on this at your post-cleansing thread ;) :D )
Wishing you all the best!!
Peace dearest,

Well, I just lost a lot of typing here, so I guess I'll just say briefly that I'm glad to see you turning this milestone, and in such a grand manner. I agree that keeping part of the beginner's mindset, that is, the part that keeps you open to input and always trying to learn a better way, is crucial to one's success. Well beyond the four basic HPS levels, I hope I keep that openness for the rest of my life.
Thanks for being a part of everything here. When I recall all the things you've been through in the short time we've known you, it amazes me what a remarkable journey it's been so far...and who could have expected that?

Robin,
Thank you for sharing, this beautiful testimonial...
You are sounding different than just a few weeks ago... your tone and sense of peace is evident, as is your openness... it's truly something magical that I feel from your words here.
And your speaking of commitment.. I see everything we do here as a commitment, whether to ourselves or to the HPS community or to a certain aspect of cleansing or post-cleansing. Just as Jos-hua has illustrated in his recent sojourn to India to study the santoor, we can bring the practice (and the commitment) of cleansing into anything we do, and will do so, so well. :)
Glad you are here, Robin, and glad that level three has moved you like it has.
May you continue to foster and grow into a brighter being of light :).

Hi there Robin
This is so lovely to read :)
I identifiy with what you were saying about 'expectations' here, continually taking the time to check in on others and being a part of the supportive caring comminuty at HPS, although I feel the word could be replaced with encouraged. We here are encouraged to be loving, kind and supportive because (as you are proof) it has a positive effect on our cleansing friends and on ourselves-it touches and filters through to all parts of our lives, just like you have confirmed :D
As you say, as long as you/we are open enough to keep showing up here, it only get's better.
This testimonial has given me more peace today, a warm addition to my afternoon-divine...

I'll take it further and say what you wrote above Mia is very correct, but I'll take it further....
Without an ongoing active presense, cleansing, or for that matter any health care therapy or an act of health care, stays an event, and doesn't unfold.
I do not know if that is clear, but I think it is....
One of the the reasons people are meeting the types of success here at HPS cleansing is because they participate actively in their cleansing and in others cleansing, they are the unfoldment, they partiipate in the unfoldment, and they reap the fruits of the unfoldment.
So, hopefully you can now see that it is a lot more than just a positive thing. I designed this program, from top to bottom so that people will meet success... when their cleansing unfolded, ie, they stayed active here at the group, they met tremendous success in cleansing... and those who showed up periodically and disappeared, in their life book, their cleansing was an event... and from events doenot come longlasting sustainable vigorous energetic youthful health. From events come some kind of arousement, that over time the results and benefits keep diminishing.
So in summary, it is not that the program expects or even encourages... the progarm is designed to have you meet success in your cleansing and rejuvenation,,,, having it all unfold week by week month by month at ones pace and convenience, is the essence of meeting success in health care. Without it, one just juggles along, hoping for the best, but never quite making it there. The continuity of unfoldment, the continuity of learning and acquiring knowledge, the continuity of developing higher levels of loving kindness and compassion, now when you string them together, and add self evident results, motivating results, then of course, you have a very powerful inspiration drink, that one would want to sip at and keep getting more of... something refreshing, cooling and enjoyable. Something worthwhile. When you work at your health, you end up respecting it... which means that those people who cleanse here, probably will end up with a level of respect for their body and their health that they never had before HPS cleansing... and again, that respect comes from the unfoldment.
Hope this helps anyone who is reading this... anyway, how and why I designed the 7DW doesn't really matter, what matters is that Robin is doing great and progressing along the path of rejuvenation and renewal... and thats just great in my books. And Mia too, and myself too, and so many other wonderful people too.
I salute you all.
Cheers,
Adrian_S

Hey,
I lost my whole post maybe that was good. I was having a reaction to everyone's reaction to the word expectations. I was just trying to say that following these steps means progress. Expectations/encouranged. Whatever, I was feeling sensitive that my words were being re-written. Hey guys it is my Testimonial!!!
Anyhow, we have all seen the reactions when people weren't showing up. But all that matters is that we are on the path. When I work toward something I move toward progress. If I wasn't here doing my work I wouldn't be experiencing.
Didn't mean for the word expectation to come out so strong. I was just hyped I guess when I was writing it.

THanks everyone,
appreciate it all. I hope I do have some sucess in the love arena,,,,,,Alan!!!
Need to do some prosperity work around that. Have had a whirlwind of work in the swelltering heat. I just planned a family vacation for August and already getting anxiety about it. Soon I will be taking a vacation I want to take to some exotic land, but now I have to try to do some service with my family. I hope I show up more compassionate and loving. I need to still do some work on that in the upcoming month.
But again thanks for all the input.
