This level 3 cleanse must be the marathon of the HPS cleanses. There is a lot of work, but the benefits are also manifold. To go through level 3 you must be serious about cleansing - precleansing is longer, the formal has many techniques, during the postcleanse you are cleansing some internal organs.

After I finished my level 2, I had a breakthrough of why we are cleansing, what is after all the purpose of all this. That was a deep understanding, but it was mostly theoretical. Well, now some of the benefits I've been reading about have started to come my way, thanks to level 3.

I hope I won't forget some of changes I've been through:

- lost some weight, not a lot, because I wasn't overweight. My abdominal muscles have never been more visible.
- bowel transit time is down to 12 hours (at least when I eat nuts)
- 4 efortless BMs per day not uncommon - usually one right after waking up and rest rather soon after each meal
- less need to eat - this is not suprising, since the digestion is now better, so the body derive more nutrients from the same quantity of food
- started to eat raw foods only - cooking destroys up to 85% of the nutrients - perhaps this is the reason I need less food.
- easy to fast - I might go for days without feeling hungry, and then a small quantity of foods might do it. All these while having enough energy - perhaps too much. However, this is something difficult to me - I'm just not used to not eating, I need time to adjust.
- I improved my kidneys, but still have a long way (they have been deficient since childhood).
- removed some gallstones - I couldn't believe I have some at my age
... well, I still have cravings - they are mostly mental, the body doesn't quite need them. In my case they are fats, oils and nuts. When I give in, I satisfy them with raw foods.

- threw away most chemical household/cosmetic products
- changed the office lighting to be full spectrum, so that the light is closer to the sun's.

I'm feeling more energetic, and need less sleep. Probably this could go farther away. I'm able to relax more - again, this could go much deeper.

- more optimistic
- I'm trying to have positive thoughts about everyone - people I meet on the street (even if they don't ), drivers nearby, everyone
... and everything: I'm grateful for having food, a warm shower, a place to sleep, etc. There are so many people who don't have these...

Probably there some things I missed. And then again, there are of course things you canot express very well using words...

Love and light,

Hi Adrian,

Yeah, there are a whole lot of things about this that can't be expressed in words, but I think you've hit the main points. There is a breakthrough process that seems to occur in little shifts and stages, and L3 really takes it beyond the mental appreciation into something that suddenly clicks as a way of really, I dunno, being I guess.

Good thing to cultivate that gratitude for all the things you enjoy. I don't even have warm showers these days, and I could sure use one this week. Off to hit the cold water.

Rick

Adrian,

Such a great list. Thank you.

As you say, you can go deeper, yes... but how deep you have come. Really, it's been amazing to witness your strengthening and ability to go deeper and deeper into your cleansing journey.

Yes, you have more to work on, as do I, as do all of us :). But what a road to take towards vibrant health, both as individuals and with support of the community (the family :)) here.

I wish you health beyond your wildest dreams; this is only the beginning. Great work - you deserve all the benefits you reap!

Shalom,
Shawnee

Rick,
Actually for a long while I used to take cold showers only - only lately I've been indulging to to something warmer - actually I change from warm to cold a couple of times (as a matter of fact I used to meditate on my breathing under cold water for two minutes or so - I was told that Mas Oyama, founder of Kyokushin Karate style meditated under a small waterfall in the mountains - for much longer, of course).
I didn't want to sound weird for being grateful for a cold shower, so I changed the wording a little bit. But yes, some people in this world don't have water at all in their homes - they need to go get it.

Shawnee -
Thanks! I want to go deeper, but I intend to grab a lot of people with me :D. I want to put my knowledge and experience to good use. Look at Jos-hua did here ... Oh, BTW, it is 3AM here - I thought you adjusted to this timezone already  (in case you were asking - this hour is not normal for me, I finished some work, for my boss is returning tomorrow from a long vacation, and I was behind with some assignments for no good reason)

lol....:o :D

perhaps i did adjust, but now i'm just high on awakeness and this energy flow... somewhat tireless. and hps is a live wire. i know you feel it too...

ah, excuses excuses. i am just following the flow of things, not refusing or denying myself the carrying out of energy. soon, though, sleep is bound to call me. i'll try not to resist that either.

thanks for looking out for me, and have a restful sleep soon yourself ;).

zzzz....

Hey Ardian,

Nice testimonial... Hope you guys got some sleep...

Level 3 is appropriately positioned right in the middle for a good reason... The first 2 cleanses set you up for the causes and conditions to allow the effects of level 3 to take place and then the last 2 set you up for the long term of fasting and taking care of ones health in a very sensible way...

Adrian you have been a great asset to the community here and I'm very much looking forward to the time we can get together...

PEACE Bro

Adrian,

great testimonial/review here - i really enjoyed your articulation and content. thanks.

I relate to alot - especially round dealing with the experience of more energy than you know what to do with and learning around eating for hunger and nourishment vs other reasons.

I too appreciate your input around the place!!

all the best for the coming months.

much love
Bindy

I'm beginning to navigate the site (new to computers) have read your threads (and seen your pix!) I'm pretty amazed. Congatulations.

Peace,
