Hi everyone!

It's been about 6 weeks since I finished my Level 1 cleanse....time flys! I'd love to be preparing for my next cleanse as I feel my body needs to take the next step but will have to wait a few months.

The 7 Day cleanse itself was quite easy...very structured and organised...just like following a recipe! I had ordered my cleanse about 18 months before starting and it took a long time to get around to starting but I'm so glad I finally got it off the ground. I had no doubts about HPS from the outset...it was just my own procrastination which delayed an earlier start.

More than anything Level 1 has given me the inspiration to go deeper into the cleansing process. I can't really evaluate it as an entity in itself as I feel like I've just peeled back a few layers of old grimy paint only to find more layers underneath. Hopefully by Level 4 I can see the original surface and start rebuidling from there.

A few changes worth noting:

1. Sweet cravings have reduced....not totally disappeared but I think this is in part due to emotional attachment.
2. More clarity of mind....I can think and concentrate more clearly and with greater focus than before.
3. More assertiveness...especially at work when I am teaching.
4. Greater awareness of the effects of foods on my body...being able to detect the effects of certain foods, both good and bad. I don't always make the right choice but I am aware of the consequences.
5. Less mouth ulcers...basically since my cleanse I have started to develop an ulcer or two on a few occasions and they disappear a day or so later with almost no pain!!

Also thanks to all the support from everyone so far! It has made such a difference.

For anyone who wants to take control of their own health I would recommend trying the HPS program!

I am especially excited to hear about the ulcers, how you are seeing immediately results... that is so encouraging.

In your introduction, (http://www.hpscleansing.com/group/showthread.php?t=3261) prior to staring the HPS 7DW level 1 program, you mentioned there how yu have been suffering for years from chronic mouth ulcers.



... I don't think my health is in bad shape but it's certainly not perfect either! I spent my childhood, teenage years and early 20's growing up without a clue about nutrition. Basically I put whatever was in front of me into my stomache and let my body work out the rest! Consequently I've suffered quite chronic mouth ulcers for most of my life. I saw endless doctors during my teenage years and not one doctor could provide an answer as to why I suffered such chronic mouth ulcers. I was always sent away with just another pain relieving ointment or some other kind of useless pills! Perhaps this was a blessing in disguise as since that time I've completely turned away from western medicine and began a search for alternatives.



Ben, Once we get our digestive tract cleared out, cleaned out properly, and are following some sane nutritional guidelines, the mouth ulcers end forever, never to come back... that's a no branier. So it doesn't surprise me what you wrote above re your mouth ulcers...

What will surprise me is that at the time of writing this 724 people have read your intro, if 724 read this testimonial and don't jump on HPS 7DW cleansing, now that will surprise me... :D especially since many of them probably will have had, one time or another, mouth ulcers, and a few might have chronic mouth ulcers like you did.

Posting this review brings a clear and present end to your formal cleansing... you've done great Ben.

Now we are into post-cleansing and no one can know how long that will last... no one can know right now when your level2 will be... if you will progress the next step or not...but I am already looking forward to it... :D ... it will take your health, your cleansing skills, your knowledge and your happiness to a whole new level, a whole new dimension.

Hey Ben,

Great to catch up with you here in the testimonials, and equally good to see that you've had such progress since the L1 formal. I realize you have a full teaching schedule these days, but if you're at all able, maybe you could wedge in a L2 cleanse before it gets too cold there...it would be a shame to have to wait until late spring/early summer to get going again, although sometimes you just gotta...

The news regarding the mouth ulcers is very promising, hope you continue to see progress there. Meanwhile, it's good to see you learning so much about how to spot the effects of what you eat, as it happens. Our bodies send us such a wealth of feedback and information, but it takes a great deal of focus to get the message sometimes...

Great going.

Before you joined I had never heard of anyone suffering with so many mouth ulcers-never! I'm sure we have all expeirenced one at some point however I never knew it would/could be a chronic problem. We all have or had :) our ailments, this is just an unusual one for me to hear about.

I've been a bit lazy the last couple of weeks and haven't posted much so I feel I should thank everyone for their comments before too much time passes!

Benjamin, thanks for the testimonial I enjoyed reading. What an awesome bunch of changes after doing just the level 1 cleanse. What you said about the level 1 cleanse making you want to really go further down the cleansing path to me echoes what many people on this forum say whether they've only done level 1 or have already done 5 cleanses, that there is more to go. I guess it also fits into what Jos-Hua says about cleansing being an ongoing practice and a journey not a destination. Great to hear about your success and I'll rejoice as you go even further.
