I decided to try HPS after I had noticed some substantial weight gain and lethargy. I had tried cleansing that followed similar philosophies in the past, and was ready to try the real thing.

My experience was good overall, with some fits and starts as I was getting used to the system. I found the online community very supportive and enjoyed the contact and accountability that this brought to the experience. I am sure that I would not have been as successful without the human contact.

I was pretty nervous about the fast from the beginning, as it was difficult to believe that I could eat nothing and not feel like I was going to die! In fact, while my brain was craving food, I really didn’t feel physically hungry, at least not in an extreme way. It felt nice to just let my body relax and cleanse out after all the abuse I had put it through in the past few years! The colonics also were a bit difficult at the beginning, but became enjoyable by the end of my cleanse.

Looking back, I definitely did not do things perfectly, and am even getting around to writing my testimonial late! However, I made tremendous progress on my goals, and have found that my thinking is gradually shifting from “shoulds” and “should nots” to looking at what will be best for my body, etc. This is perhaps the most profound area of progress for me.

In more noticeable areas, I have lost some weight, am feeling more light and energetic, and have noticed that the heavy dark circles under my eyes have gotten much better. For me, the Level One is not the answer to all my problems (and I'd be suspicious of something that promised to be in seven days) but it really made some profound changes in my life, and set me on a course to continue progress.

I'm excited to move along to the next level!

Good... I'm excited about that too... not for me, but for you... and for this community... each time I see cleansers progressing along the cleansing and rejuvenation path, I know that I am doing my job, for that is what is supposed to happen here at HPS guided cleansing.... to get you on the path and then to make every effort to keep you on it, ascending your health step by step.

That's the aspect that I find endlessly fascinating, even now after having proven to myself time and again that not eating doesn't automatically equate with death or disaster. Far from it, it turns out.

It's true, nothing can takes only 7 days can undo years' worth of damage, but you should give yourself credit and realize that with the pre- and post-cleansing efforts you've put in some significant time here reclaiming your health. Really, the fruits of those efforts have not been slow in coming, either.

Of course, there's always more to do, but that means it's always possible to feel even better. Keep on as you've been doing, and you'll have many more great testimonials ahead.

Wow. What a thing to learn from a 7 day fast. This is something that will be incredibly important for the rest of your entire life, how great is it to learn it while still pretty young. (Feels kind of weird calling someone older than me young, but alot of people don't find HPS cleansing until much later in life.) It sounds like you are learning to listen to your body which is sooo much more intelligent than we think we are. This is great news indeed, sounds like you got everything you could have out of that cleanse.
