In summation, Level 4 continued to be much the same as my prior cleanses in regards to continued progress on two main fronts: 1. I continued to pass parasites. Not as much as levels 1-3, so it looks like i've begun to get the upper hand on the buggers. With all the hard work in regards to ridding myself of the worms, I'm going to continue work in this area to assure that I keep ahead on this issue. 2. I continue to pass old crap! In one sense, I wonder why this hasn't come out in prior cleanses, but I've read that many people hold onto old junk until after many cleanses, then boom! It's very gratifying to see the continued results, and to know that this junk is no longer inside of me:eek:
I can't encourage enough everyone reading this to stick with your cleansing and make it a lifelong habit. The results we get from cleanse to cleanse are cumulative, and we continue to go deeper in our cleansing with greater results each time around. The dividends we reap far outweigh the work involved for sure.
I've heard other experienced master fasters say it, but the fact that it does get easier with each cleanse is so true. This is good:) I'm very much inspired after my series of cleanses with HPS to continue on and experiment with different combinations of cleanses that I've learned and experienced thus far. And to take what I've learned about my body and adapt things that work for me that give me results in certain areas. Prior to HPS I had completed a number of cleanses, but it's just amazing how much I have learned since being with HPS. The reading, the interaction of the forum and the learning from others, plus the actual practice and repetition has pushed me forward lightyears in my cleansing. Very empowering.
I'm now looking forward to continuing on in the master faster realm:)

We joined around the same time but somehow I never caught your cleansing or post cleansing process. I am excited for you that you have had such success with the worms - this too is where i am continuing to focus in my 1st Master Faster Cleanse.

Thanks Heather and Donna for stopping by. I commend you both for having the right, healthy outlook on cleansing. It's a process and a journey for sure. I too remember my first cleanse (before HPS), and thinking that one would be all it would take! Only if I had begun to live a perfect, healthy life... but who can possible do that today, in this country, on this planet? Balance though, right? After a few cleanses I settled into the mindset that I would need to do cleanses periodically, and trained myself and my mind to embrace that realization, and to enjoy the whole process. I guess that's what gives us the inner calm and confidence in our future health outlook. If that payoff involves a cleanse or two per year, I say it's worth it;)

Heather, did you get a chance to go back and also read my level 1,2 and 3 testimonials? I wish more people with various maladies could be exposed to HPS - to the truth. Someday, right?

Thanks for welcoming me at my Into. You said I should read your testimonials, which I just did. I AM more inspired now.

Like you did, I have the problem of getting up and going to the bathroom at night, usually 2 times, and sometimes three. This is definitely one area where I'm looking for improvement.

I read your first Formal also. These really help me get the picture of what to expect.

The fact that you tried other programs that included fasting and irrigation, but didn't get good results until HPS, gives me more confidence that I made the right choice.

Great testimonial! You are right on that the journey to health does not happen over night and that one must continue onward. I have heard it over and over again, but I still find it amazing that even after numerous cleanses gunk keeps coming out. Yet how wonderful that it does rather than just clogging us up for a lifetime.

Thanks for the post on my intro. It says a lot about the people here at HPS that even those in the program for years are still interested in the newbies like myself.:)

Thank you John and Bradford for stopping by my thread. I'm really glad that you took me up on my offer and encouragement to read thru my testimonials, because I know how it would have inspired me if I had read a similar testimonial when I was getting started.

I believe that I've been able to get these wonderful results for several reasons. Namely, I followed the program to the letter as is recommended (with the exception of a few things that I forgot of misunderstood - oh well), I had a positive outlook and believed in myself and the program, and I was persistent and consistent.

I encourage you guys to do the same, and you will enjoy longterm health and unlimited joy and love in your lives.
