It took me a while to finally get in the level 3 and with all the processes going on it was an excercise in time management which is good for me.

For the months leading up to the formal and for a while afterward I was engaged in getting my home situated for my wife to be and also preparing for the wedding we had planned to happen in the back yard. Julia thinks I am nuts for doing this but since I never get sick any more she cant complain too much. She really just worries when I am low energy during the fast.

All of the post cleansing went well I have gotten rid of lots of gravel and will continue to purge it on a semi regular basis. I am heading into the holidays with the outlook of maintaining a much healthier diet and lifestyle.

This is a great process to go through and keep with for a lifetime. I wish I could have gotten my father on it before he became a ward of the medical system of the USA.

Hey Matthew, good to read that the post-cleanse (lots of stuff to do at L3, isn't there) has apparently concluded, and that you continue to reap the benefits. Maybe after enough years of never getting sick go by, your fiance will stop worrying about your energy levels and join you. Who knows? Congratulations btw on your upcoming wedding!

Yes, I feel the same way about my father's health as well. But this seems to be the subconcious destiny of many Americans, very unfortunate.

.... It's amazing how people think that they are perfectly healthy just because they live in a 'clean' western country with powerful medicines, are physically fit, and only get a cold once or twice a year. If only they knew that not only did they have 5 pounds of red meat and 10 pounds of mucoid plaque, but at least a couple ounces of gall stones and parasites in them right now. I wonder how clean they would feel. Not having starting actual cleansing yet, I know I definitely DO NOT feel clean. I wonder what happens when people learn these facts. 1 either they don't beleive them, or 2 they don't think it actually pertains to health, or finally is it that they believe them and they do believe it can be relieved, but there is an emotional blockage to wanting to take responsability for their own health. Ahhh...I cannot wait to take the second step on this journey (starting the actual cleanse).
