Now that I've completed my 6th cleanse I can clearly see the pattern, the path that we are on to ever increasing health. I like to wait about 4-6 weeks to do the testimonial, so that the results have stabilized.

My sense of well being and the energy that I'm experiencing now are very welcome indeed.

Every cleanse has noticeably increased my sense of well being.

Most often the change is subtle, but quite apparent as well.

I still have plenty of work to do to continue increasing my health - more cleanses and refining my between cleanse behavior. I see it as a lifestyle now, not something that I will ever be through with - and that is good.

My health gains have been sustained. I still have had no medications, not even aspirin, since I started HPS in 2003, and my peripheral neuropathy symptoms have become less - even without the Neurontin.

The problem that thrust me into HPS in the first place, eczema, has been cured - something no doctor ever offered me.

The massage that is suggested during the cleanses lead me into a discovery that has enhanced my muscular/tendon balance throughout my whole body - a major plus all by itself.

I strongly recommend this program to anyone who really wants to take control of their health. Taking control does imply effort and commitment, but it is SO worth it.:D

I'm just turning 50 now, and well, 64, that's 14 years away... that means by the time I reach 64 I'll have anywhere between another 14 to 28 to 52 more 7DW cleanes under my belt and well, when I see you now at 64 walking the path, well, I just look forward to it all even more!!!! so, thanks for the inspirations brother and thanks for trusting... your HPS 7DW cleansing has done wonders for your health, and with all those healing crisises behind you, I expect we are going to see some more outstanding accomplishments along the way in the very near future. :p

Hey Janaka, that's terrific news about your eczema clearing up entirely, I hadn't clued into that before but I gather it's not an entirely recent thing. I've also been curious how things were going with the neuropathy b/c I couldn't remember you mentioning it directly other than in reference to getting all the neurontin out of your system...was wondering actually how much the neuropathy was responding to cleansing, so that's also very interesting reading.

And I have to echo what you've said about massage, being introduced to good, regular deep massage has changed so much for me all on its own, I know what you mean when you call it a major plus all by itself.

Interesting - my age is mentioned, but you know, I feel about 10 years younger than I did 3 years ago when I started HPS!

I am really impressed by how very small efforts accumulate and become significant changes. I was put off by anxiety about making changes but have come to find that the way the program is set up and the guidance available here makes changing your life and health much more painless than one might think. Definitely worth it.

The fact that your eczema is cured and that doctors couldn't help you is such a tribute to cleansing. And that's not all that cleansing has done for you. You have done many cleanses and have gone through so many changes. Although, not all have been fun, you have stayed the course and now you are doing and feeling better than ever.
