So recently I finished my 5th cleanse, which makes me a HPS master faster. Of course, fasting is the easy part - everyone can stick to something for 7 days - even if it's difficult. The hard part is to build upon the cleanse through a healthy diet, healthy lifestyle, regular moments of relaxation, etc.

Let's see what I did get from this one. As you keep on cleansing, the changes are ever more subtle, it's difficult to pick something easy understandable by others.

I lost some weight, but that was not my purpose (ok, just a little). It put some of it back on.
The mucoid plaque droppings continued, but they weren't as big as in previous cleanses (especially second). They were however mostly black, which means they have been inside for a long time, most of them in the ascending colon. Considering these (smaller and darker droppings) it seems like the gross part of cleaning the guts had been finished, and my fifth cleanse went with some finer tuning. Eventually, if I stick to cleansing long enough and not make too make mistakes (dietary, etc.) between cleanses, then I'll eventually see smaller and smaller pieces, until they cannot be distinguished by eye. Who knows.

One obvious benefit of this cleanse is that my circulation improved - my hands - which used to be cold most of the time, together with my feet - are now warm most of the time. This is a problem I had since childhood. Mind you, I felt something similar after the previous cleanse (i.e. warm hands), but this time is much better and hopefully will last longer.

Other things changed for the good, but I wouldn't know how to explain them. Generally, I'm more at peace with me and whatever happens - if it's good for me, great, if not it's fine anyway.

Last but not least I would like to thank the HPS people who supported me through the cleanse, it wouldn't have been the same without them. Thank you!

For the people who are undecided about cleansing, this is one of the best things to do your life, since it handles the root of most health problems. For those that already cleansed, know that you can only improve the health and go deeper by continuining, by dedication. Results don't come by themselves, you need to work for them, but they are very rewarding.
I for one made a commitment to cleanse regularly and frequently, it can only benefit me!

Peace,

Nice testimonial, Adrian.

We share a similar perspective, and I will look forward to how we progress in our future cleanses!

Hey Adrian,

That's interesting about your hands and feet being so much warmer right after the cleanse...you'd think a change like that would be more gradual, but there's always a surprise or two in this game. I know the circulation to my feet has gotten a lot better since I started with HPS, in fact I think the improvement there is a huge reason why foot massages don't hurt nearly as much as they used to. I'll pay close attention next time and see what I notice there.

And as for the subtle things, yes, there is a sort of imperturbability that begins to build as one cleans up body and mind, but of course you have your other practices like meditation and qigong that I sure contribute greatly to that effect. In fact, you've probably reached a high enough level of physical clean-ness that future gains in this regard will be driven more by meditation and etc than actual cleansing...good to have those habits as firmly established as you can, but either way they develop at their own pace, when you're ready for it all to come together.

Great testimonial. I hope it persuades more people to try this out for themselves.

Hi Adrian,

It's good to hear that you continued to unload plaque out of your system, I'm sure this may have helped your circulation. This is the beauty of cleansings. There is always some unexpected surprise that ends up benefitting us as we progress onward....

Have a wonderful trip homeward and look forward to getting together with you sometime in May....

PEACE

aaah, interesting comment Rick...

For the first few years of my thirities, I would say that the one tool that really can make a big substantial difference in ones life is this type of HPS body cleansing... in fact, i would say to people, if i have to be reborn again, and get one wish, that would be to get into this type of HPS cleansing from a young age, say 18 or 21...

and then for the next 10 years, I said, the most important thing in my life, that really has a chance to absolutely change it is the dharma practices... in fact, i would say to people, if i have to be reborn again, and get one wish, that would be to get into the dharma from a young age, say 14 or 16 already... and to have the blessings, guidance and instructions of a qualified bonafied master from that age.

and now these last few years, it is obvious to me that I need to get luckier in my wishes, one isn't enough, :D , i need two... i need both, this HPS type of cleansing and the dharma practices, for together, they make for an exceptional transformation journey... and if that is not the purpose of our lives here, to transform them into something better, and of benefit to others, than what is?

Peace Adrian, you have done well... glad to have you in the master faster club. ;) :)

than what is? well, i'm young, but up to now, through cleansing, loving oneself to love others and help others in the world, these has superceded all my other beliefs about what is important in this life.

and Jo, might you find a third wish in these coming years:)

Adrian, congrats on the continuance of rejuvenation, your improvement has been felt all throughout these forums and it surely is a blessing for you and us all...and here, we are just getting started, the years here to come are going to be great as we keep on..keep on..

Hi,

Thanks for the comments, guys.

I'm not sure how clean I am, only that I'm definitely better than before. I'll continue cleansing, nothing can replace it.

The cleansing changed the way I experience life, its priorities and my innermost beliefs. People who have been around enough know what I'm talking about from their own experience.

Peace,

Hi Adrian,

Just a wonderful testimonial and cleansing path that you have been on. It is very exciting to read and see the final outcome. It gives those who have not begun yet (and still thinking about it) and those of use who have to continue on great inspiration and understanding of what is to be achieved.

Congratulations on becoming a Master Faster!

How beautiful it is in deed.

Yes, I agree with Joshua, if I could be rebourn definately I would like to have been introducted to cleansing at a much younger age. 18 for sure. :)

Congratulations Adrian on such a successful cleanse. This really is an excellent thread, as it reminds us that indeed it can, and should go beyond the physical cleansing.

To get the upper hand on the circulation issue is really great, and very important for you. Giving that you had this condition at such a relatively young age, it likely would have manefested into a much greater problem had you not addressed it head-on as you have, and now rather than later, good for you:) Cleaning out the plaque will not only benefit the intestinal tract, but has further-reaching positive benefits by cleaning out arteries, veins, capillaries, and micro-capillaries. So, the blood can carry the oxygen and other vital nutrients to their furthest reaches, and extremities in a more thorough, efficient manner. So, better circulation! Just another example and benefit of proper cleansing.

Thanks Adrian for your continued, valued contribution to the community. I know I've benefitted, as I'm sure many others have as well.

On to #6! :)
