Hello all on this beautiful new forum :D ,

A short reintroduction. I had wished to start the level 3 cleanse earlier, but that became delayed due to too much work (and time needed to spend lots of money :) ).

I have much enjoyed level 2 and also enjoyed the results from level 1. My habits have changed for the better generally. Only in the last month or two I had much pressure and little excercise so my weight is back to where it was before i did level 1.

I am now starting the second week of the precleanse of level 3. I found it hard, especially in the beginning to stay on track. It's easier now.

I look forward to the exchanges here and I do hope everyone of you and everyone of your friends and relatives will enjoy a year of peace and bliss and radiates that everywhere.

Jan

Jan,

Good luck on Level 3! I, too, am having to postpone my Level 3 for similar reasons. I will be carefully reading your posts, so put it ALL out there! :)

warmly, Melody.

Hi Jan!

I finished my level one only a short month ago and am really looking forward to the next level of cleansing.

I have found for me, the weekly one day fast helps so much to keep me on target. Its hard for me to stray too far from a health path when I do a complete reset weekly. It puts everything back into perspective and reminds me how much I want to be in charge of my life.

I invite you to look for some kind of touchstone for you as well. We all need something we can grab or hold on to from time to time to remind us of our committments and what we know to be in our best interests.

I love your honesty and can tell you are doing far better than you are giving yourself credit for.

Love and light,

David_T

Hi Jan,

I also have been on a long road through the HPS journey. I too wished that I had done level 3 earlier. Being in the military isn't always best for the diet, but glad to have time to do this. Best of luck on you level 3

Love and light
