With L3 post cleanse behind me, I can say that it has been a hard and long, but successful cleanse. I am very happy with the amount of eliminations that came out of my body during the formal. It still amazes me what junk builds up in the body and stays stuck there. Fortunately, this cleansing program is the only way I have found to take care of cleaning out my body.
I did not come into cleansing with any serious health issues. My biggest "pain in the neck" was literally a pain in the neck and back. Over the past year and a half my life has been extemely busy and stressful due to my husband starting a business and me helping him as well as continuing with my job. This stress and lack of exercise has had a toll on my back/neck and posture (too much sitting in front of the computer). I haven't achieved absolutely everything I was hoping to from this cleanse, but I am positive as to the results I have gotten and the fact that I am far better off from doing this cleanse than to have put it off indefinitely until a less busier time.
My back/neck problems are much better than they were before the cleanse. I can definitely feel my ligaments and joints are looser. I feel more energized and can get through my days a lot more alert. And a really nice part of this cleanse is that I am 10 pounds lighter. That is a big plus. After cleansing I always notice that my cuticles are healthier and my fingernails turn strong as they tend to break easily and sometimes get soft.
I know that more cleansing will benefit me and I look forward to continuing on this path.

Yes, Tamara, the 3rd level is quite an accomplishment - you will find the 4th to be like a vacation in comparison.
You have gained so much.

Tamara you said,
I haven't achieved absolutely everything I was hoping to from this cleanse, but I am positive as to the results I have gotten and the fact that I am far better off from doing this cleanse than to have put it off indefinitely until a less busier time.
you'll find Tamara that with more time devoted to post cleanse practices you'll not only prepare yourself for a great formal week, but you will also then see a gradual and somtimes big transformation during your post cleanse as well...
and that practice constitutes the five fold path...i know you are busy, but i really hope to see you posting more about your post cleansing activities this time around that'll support prepare and set you up for a highly productive next cleanse, and more importantly will establish firmly the habits of the post cleansing lifestyle where the real transformation work takes place.
peace:)

Hey Tamara, congratulations on your recent completion of L3! Yes, L3 is a big one, but as you know, it really covers and addresses so many critical aspects which all lend to better health.
I know how it can be so easy to lean toward putting a cleanse off until one is less busy. I have found that it has become easier and easier from a mental standpoint to stay on the cleansing path, and stay consistent with a cleansing schedule. This was certainly not always the case. I guess as we learn more about cleansing and our bodies, and also witness the great results that we get from each cleanse, that we tend to be more motivated. As we've read from others whom have done many cleanses, it gets easier and easier. I guess that's a good thing, right?:)
Keep up the great work Tam! And onward to L4;)

Hey Tamara, nice testimonial, it's very true that cleansing does much to improve the state of one's tendons and ligaments, which can be an unexpected bonus. I tend to have some knee problems and I always notice an improvement during the formal and postcleansing period. But take note, you have to keep up some good postcleansing practices or those problems will resurface, sometimes fairly quickly, or so my experience up to now indicates...perhaps after a great deal of cleansing you get to a point where you can go slack for a while, but I'm sure not there yet...
Anyway great work, and I hope to see you back for Level 4 soon!

yep, I feel like you, never put it off, whenever a chance arises to do a 7DW, well, we should do it, because we do not when the next chance will arise.
We should take advantage of the opportunity, because we always feel better, look better and are better after our formals.
I rejoice in your rejoicing Tamara! ;)

Thank you for the encouragement Janaka, Alan, Kevin, Richard & Jos-hua. I just noticed that all of you are the wise and experienced cleansers who have replied.
It's good to know that there is support for cleansing no matter what our lifestyle is and how busy we get. Waiting for the perfect opportunity to arise.....well that usually doesn't happen. I definitely like the look and feel better part when the cleanse is done. Thanks for the warning Richard about not being disciplined enough after the post cleanse and having old problems resuface again. Definitely something to keep a watch over - to stay on the right path.
Well, I'm sure looking forward to level 4, especially if it is a vacation! :D :D
